Vacation rentals with breakfast in Montgomery County

Our family of four had a great trip to Nashville and stay at Amanda’s place! The 3 upstairs bedrooms were large with comfy beds and the bathrooms were beautiful. The house is in a great location in the 12 South neighborhood, and we really enjoyed walking to restaurants. We recommend staying here!

I typically do not write reviews but I felt the urge to do it this time. This was an amazing experience. Alan was extremely communicative. I had no worries or concern. With flight delays we got in late and Alan made sure we had stuff available for in the morning. I cannot express enough my gratitude and appreciation for staying here. The house was incredible. If you are a music person or not, this is the place. It was extremely comfortable and easy to get down town. It is located 1.2 miles from Broadway. Even with road closures due to the Rock ‘n’ Roll marathon, we were able to get around. Thanks again for a great time. I highly recommend this place. We are booking it for next year!

Nice location in the Gulch away from Broadway traffic. As described in the reviews, there are a lot of stairs so might not be good for someone that can’t easily do stairs. Great for a group because you can find privacy with three separate floors.

Candice is a top notch host. Her place was amazing and we loved all the thoughtful items she left for us to have an enjoyable experience! Great location too!

Danika was very nice and quick to respond. Her home is on a nice quiet street close to everything.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Gingerbread cottage! The house was just as pictured. Spotless, well equipped, very comfortable. Beautiful leather furniture in the living room. A very nice location convenient to our son and his family, and to all the family events we attended. We did not use the queen bed in the second bedroom, but the king in the master was super comfortable and was outfitted with excellent linens. We spent a week in their beautiful home and it was outstanding! If I had only one thing to suggest to make it better is if they had some cleaning supplies( mainly for the kitchen) As well as more dish towels and some dish cloths. Thank you Tyler and Josh for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home, plenty of space, and we had everything we needed. It was a great place to stay while exploring Nashville with a group of friends.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The location is perfect for exploring the nearby Vanderbilt (and Belmont) University campuses and within walking distance to great shopping and restaurants in the Belmont-Hillsboro and 12 South neighborhoods.

Very nice location in Nashville. Walkable to many restaurants and breakfast spots in the area. Short Uber ride to the more typical Nashville hot spots. We really enjoyed the front porch for relaxing. I would stay again.

Very clean. Extremely comfortable beds! Such a cute & Nice airb&b. Loved the blackout shades. Host was always responsive. Walking distance to broadway. My only complaint is the Water pressure was weak.

This was my first time staying in an Airbnb and the experience definitely exceeded my expectations. We stayed about two months, maybe closer to three and the hosts were absolutely the best. Never an issue with communication, our first night we had a problem that required us to move to a different location for a few days while repairs were made. The hosts kindly moved us to a different property they had and charged us nothing for the upgrade. Any issues or questions they were on top of it immediately. I have no idea how any host could be better than Chris and Lauren, and I mean it. They exceeded expectations on every email, message or phone call. The best, ever.

This unit was in very cool area close to many studios on music row, while also being close to a broad selection of restaurants. Very walkable, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The unit is in a house with great character including a large covered front porch with plenty of seating to watch the action pass by. Jill was a great host!

The place is definitely a what you pay for kind of place. The bathroom door handle kept coming off and there was huge crack in the shower and in the bathroom tile under the rug. There was a smoked joint in one of the drawers on the tv stand and a huge stain. The kitchen was clean but the sink faucet was busted. Other than that the place was clean and cute:) sheets were clean and couch was clean:)

The hosts were super kind and accommodating as a healthcare worker and needing flexibility either extending my stay. Great location, clean unit with all your basic amenities available and responsiveness by host if any issues arise. Would recommend being hosted by Laquvia & Robert.

Dedicated parking spot. Walkable to several food and coffee spots. Shower, bed, quiet place - exactly what I was looking for! If I was back in the area, I'd go here again. Being able to use the laundry was also helpful. Thank you!

Joey and Allison were exceptional hosts and made us feel at home straight away. They gave us recommendations for dinner locally and also for our next stop in Nashville. Their B&B is very beautiful and they are doing a fabulous job of restoring a local icon. It is very close to the Elk & Bison Reserve in the Land Between the Lakes Recreation Reserve (a 10 minute drive). Breakfast is fantastic and you will love all the furnishings and hearing all about the history of the Inn and local area. We would have loved to stayed longer.

This was the perfect place for visiting Nashville! Lois was so sweet and accommodating for us! The muffins were amazing!

Mandy was amazing! Very laid back, great to chat with, and it was nice meeting her. Breakfast was exceptional, and I hear she makes great pizza too!

Sally was a fantastic host! The room was clean and the exactly like the pictures described. Joe was also very helpful giving us recommendations for places to check out in Nashville and was kind enough to make us breakfast in the mornings.

Absolutely beautiful home in a great location! Lori and Luis were wonderful hosts and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room is spacious, just as pictured, and the bed is very comfortable! I would highly recommend!

What a dream this place was! Everything was absolutely perfect and Mandy was the absolute best. My boyfriend and I are still talking about how hospitable she was and how incredible her cooking was. We only stayed for one night, but are already wanting to come back. The rooms and the house are so gorgeous and we slept so well. Definitely an incredible place to stay that is unforgettable.
