Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Montgomery County

Sam was great. I got to the apartment and didn't realize when you walk in you are in the common area. The bedrooms are through the doors to the left and to the right. Kinda had me confused. Texted Sam and she was right on it. I'd say within 2 to 3 minutes. Never seen anything like this before. It's not a bad thing... it was unique. Everyone was great. You can't beat this place for the price. It has amenities that the hotels don't even have for 3 to 5 times the cost. I highly recommend staying here and if I come back to Dayton I will definitely try to get one of these room.

Samantha was amazing during my short stay of my travel assignment. She was so easy to talk to and replied within minutes of any questions I had. I wish I had her as an Airbnb host everywhere I go. The place I stayed was safe, clean, easy to access and so comfortable. Could not recommend this place or her as a host more!!!

The Apt was in huge & in excellent shape, I thought the price was a bit high but still within an acceptable range. All amenities were as stated, but all may needs were filled. Walked daily on the adjacent Little Miami River Trail, which was awesome ! The nature of the building is prone to moisture and the dehumidifier was helpful ( A larger capacity one might be nice). Some under counter lighting in kitchen would be nice. The food at the Cartridge was very good, but the beer as a bit disappointing (certainly not the host’s fault)

Pretty close to the WSU campus which is a big plus point. Everything mentioned in the description matches what you get.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit faces the river and bike trail. The windows are tree level and there were a lot of birds to watch. We had a few groups of friends come to visit and it was very convenient to eat at the brewery and then come back to the unit to chat. Kitchen is adequate to prepare simple meals, we cooked dinner for one guest. Bed is comfortable, unit is clean and nicely decorated. The complex has the feeling of being in a natural area without being too for from the beaten path. Closets are large and pack and play or air mattresses for kiddos could fit there. A few things to mention as a heads up, these things are part of the industrial vibe---a few areas of the floor are slightly raised and rough, the walls of the second bedroom don't go all the way up to the ceiling, and occasionally some low level noise from other residents and their dogs. We would like to stay here again as the nature vibe is very relaxing.

Samantha was very responsive, and the room was comfy and had all you need. I was placed in an all male living quarters (unsure if this was accidental), so if you’re a girl and would prefer not to be in this situation, mention your preference to be in a girls’ shared living quarters. You do get a lock on your bedroom door and I had a private restroom, so I ended up not minding and the others who were living there were pretty respectful. Wifi was a little slow, but manageable. You also get reserved parking and gym access which was nice! Area was safe, full kitchen, private room, overall great stay!

This place was so clean, had everything we needed, enjoyed Cartridge Brewery which was walkable from our place, close to Mason, and right on the Little Miami river. Can’t wait to go back.

Three of us stayed comfortably for two weeks while horse showing at WEC. The house was exactly as shown in the listing and conveniently located for our needs. We appreciated how clean everything was. There were plenty of fluffy towels provided as well as a great washer and dryer. Mark was super nice and checked on us periodically to make sure everything was going okay. Thank you for making it a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Jeff's home. We felt right at home and appreciated his warmth and generosity. Easy check-in, spacious kitchen and hangout spaces, and excellent communication.

Wildflower Retreat was a great choice for us - especially 4 bedrooms with at least a queen bed in each room (plus a bunk bed in one of the bedrooms). A very cozy, old farmhouse not more than 3-4 minutes from campus. It was very clean, and had some neat features--a workout room with some interesting historical photos on the wall. It also had some nice touches, like the china plates displayed in the dining room. My group had returned to Miami U. for an alumni event, and we unanimously agreed that we would not hesitate to stay at Wildflower Retreat on our next visit.

More than we expected, beautifully decorated and feels like "home." Perfectly located close to downtown and to WEC. Would definitely stay again.

We booked Damon's place because of how close it was to the event we were attending over the weekend and it was perfect. It was also close to stores and restaurants in the area so we didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to find what we wanted. The house was just right for me and my sister, it is super cute and comfortable. Thank you Damon, we appreciate your hospitality and we will be back!!

Booked this stay due to our home being in the middle of remodel. From the time we step foot in the door the place felt like home. a very nice home located in a cul-de-sac. Neighborhood was extremely quite and the place was private. Kitchen had plenty of items to get you going. I would highly this place.

Beautiful mansion with plenty of space and comfortable accommodations. Centrally located in town and walking distance to the river. Uber very easy and many cool places to visit. Oregon District was a lot of fun.
