Vacation rentals with breakfast in Montgomery County

The house was beautiful, warm, cozy, and very convenient to our favorite local establishments. My friends and I stayed there for a Miami reunion weekend and we loved it. The furnishings were cute and tasteful and we felt right at home sitting in the main room catching up after years of being apart to tell stories about the good old days. I highly recommend the house for a quaint weekend in Oxford; we would go back if the opportunity arose. Thank you Karen for being a great hostess!

Stayed here a few days for my daughter’s basketball tournament. The hosts were very good communicators and responded to all of my questions in a very timely manner. The place itself was beautiful, extremely clean, great furnishings, and super comfy beds. If I am ever up in this area again, I will definitely stay here.

This was the best place we could’ve asked for to come into town from Georgia with our family of 6 and 3 dogs! It had everything we needed and was super easy to check in and was comfy felt like home. ALSO the couches super comfortable and the queen size bed was the best I’ve slept in through Air bnb in 7 years! We had such a great Christmas here and was close to our families house and TONS of restaurants and grocery stores etc in a very short distance. Thanks so much Michael!

This place was fantastic. JJ and Katie were just the nicest people. The one thing I will point out is that there are three outdoor cats. These cats were incredibly sweet and I personally loved them. That being said, one of our guests with cat allergies did get a bit stuffy when hanging out downstairs. The place was cleaned incredibly well I will add in, and our guest had no troubles upstairs in the bedrooms. Otherwise, that was our only mild snafu and ultimately I give this place a full recommendation!

This home was perfect for what we needed. We had a busy schedule while in town but wished we could have used the outside amenities a bit more. Beautiful fire pit and water fetcher outside. Brian was amazing and accommodating. He even found something we left behind and shipped it to us right away, that was above and beyond. We will definitely stay with him again when we come back to the area!

Motta Manor is a well taken care of, loved home of the family who resides here. We felt very welcomed, by the coffee and treats Jenny left for us, to the personalized note she put in the kitchen. We felt very at home in this country home, just a mile outside Oxford. Perfect location for our Mom’s Weekend, visiting our senior sons at Miami, one last time :-) One thing to note, the bedroom with the bunk beds now has a queen bed and the basement also has a full size bed. So, there is one bonus sleeping location than what the photos show.

We had a great stay at Carl’s place. Second time we’ve stayed here. It’s close to Spooky Nook and there’s a nice shopping center across from the neighborhood with good options. This location is super convenient to everything if you’re playing in a tournament. The bonus is their dog Cedar. Carl is a great host. We’d gladly stay here again and recommend it.

Ann was an amazing host! We were so lucky to have found a place close to campus for graduation. She made every accommodation to make our stay as easy and stress free as possible!

This was my first time ever booking an air bnb. Needless to say I will never go back to a hotel again!! Look just like the pictures, easy to find great location. The host was very friendly and responsive. Lord knows I have a lot of questions since it was my first time. I was very comfortable at this place. Clean and cozy just like it like it. What a delight to meet Robert and Donna and stay at their lovely home. There was a comfortable shared sitting room but we had it to ourselves during our stay. There was a great Mexican restaurant within walking distance and the place Robert recommended for breakfast was wonderful. I would recommend the John Evans House to everyone!

We had the most wonderful experience at Debbie’s place! She was so hospitable and made us feel totally at home. Bonus, we even stayed after checkout on their property to view the solar eclipse and Debbie and her husband came out and watched some of it with us. Such an amazing experience!

Our second time staying here and it never disappoints. Perfect location for the Ren Faire.

The property was what we expected. It is a 150-year old farmhouse with lots of charm and character, but with modern updates. The owners, John and Carol, are extremely accommodating. We visited during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. I would love to visit during the summer when the farmland that surrounds this property is in full swing. It would truly feel like you were on a country get-a-way.

This was a great place to stay! We loved the history or the Airbnb and it was very close to the parks for hiking.

the host was absolutely Sweet and kind. she left us snacks and beverages as well as a nice tour of her lovely home. she seems very hard-working which is even cooler for her to take some time out of her work to help us with anything that we needed help with. the neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. I would highly recommend, especially near the Cincinnati Liberty City area

Beautiful place to enjoy a sunset and watch deer in the yard. Debbie’s check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The room was quiet and comfortable. Bed was nice and everything was clean. Breakfast was delicious! Would stay again!

Beautiful home in peaceful surroundings! The home was immaculate, very well maintained and so comfy. The woodwork in the home is beautiful. The front room has a fireplace and I could imagine cuddling up on a cold winters day there. Felt right at home walking in the door. They had a snacks, water and other things available for us. Beds were very comfy, I slept like a rock. Breakfast was very good and filling. Beautiful flowers all around the yard. Lots of outdoor seating in patio & porch. John was wonderful! He was very helpful and friendly. When I left I was gifted with beans to take home. They were very good - much tastier than store bought “fresh” beans. If I am ever in the area again I will stay here. I left feeling refreshed from such a good nite sleep. Was a wonderful experience!!!
