Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

Unser Aufenthalt bei Susanna war sehr schön. Sie ist eine freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die sich wirklich bemüht, dass man sich bei ihr wohlfühlt. Die Lage des Airbnbs ist ruhig und bietet einen schönen Ausblick sowie einen gepflegten Garten. Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Auch ohne Klimaanlage blieb es dank der dicken Wände angenehm kühl. Da das Gebäude mitten in der Natur liegt, hatten wir immer wieder Spinnen, Skorpione und Mücken in der Wohnung, was aber ein akzeptabler Preis für die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit ist. Insgesamt ein wirklich schöner Ort für eine entspannte Auszeit, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen!

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Fabrizia’s home the month of May. We enjoyed attending all of the festivities as there was something every week. The home and location is fabulous. La casa di Nathalie è perfetta per chi ama stare lontano dai ritmi frenetici della vita quotidiana. In mezzo al verde con un panorama incantevole, casa di pietra con le travi a vista e dotata di tutto il necessario. Fare colazione all'aperto in mezzo alla natura non ha prezzo. Nathalie è un host perfetto, disponibile e gentile, ci ha deliziato con una torta di benvenuto e ci ha dato tanti consigli sulla zona. Consigliatissimo per chi ama la natura.

Renzo's apartment was centrally located in old Gubbio and very spacious and comfortable. it was very modern and clean. you can walk to either side of the city easily from this location. There was ample coffee and snacks available. Renzo was very friendly and went out of his way to welcome us, show us the apartment, and make us feel comfortable. I would definitely start her again!

La casa è molto pulita ed in una zona tranquilla della bellissima Gubbio. Antonella è stata molto gentile a lasciarci il suo posto auto visto che c'era la festa dei ceri piccoli e tutti i residenti avevano dovuto parcheggiare fuori dalle mura del centro storico. :)

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich magisch! Natürlich ist das Ambiente wundervoll, dort ist es sehr ruhig und bis nach Montone zu den Restaurants läuft man ca 20 Minuten, aber wir wollten es genau so! Der Pool, die Aussicht - wirklich alles war fantastisch! Und ganz herauszuheben sind einfach unsere tollen Gastgeber! Sie waren immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, haben uns tolle Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben und sogar eine Trüffelwanderung für uns organisiert und übersetzt! Wir sind unfassbar dankbar, dass wir in diesem Juwel unterkommen durften und diese wundervolle und liebe Familie kennenlernen durften! Vielen Dank für alles 😊

Abbiamo trascorso gli ultimi giorni del 2024 e il Capodanno qui come tre coppie con tre bambini. La casa è super accessoriata e pulita, ottima per una gruppo "numeroso" come il nostro. Il panorama è spettacolare e si vede anche l'albero illuminato di notte, oltre ad una splendida alba al mattino. Giuliano è stato disponibile e gentilissimo! Consigliatissimo!
