Camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno. Piccola palestra con alcuni attrezzi. Perfetta per una coppia che desidera rilassarsi nella campagna di Pietrasanta, a 5 minuti dal centro e a meno di 10 minuti di auto dal mare. Parcheggio interno con cancello automatico. Aria condizionata. Non c'è la televisione.

Le Casigliane,l'antico nome di questa corte.

Bilocale situato in una casa di corte, composto in entrata da una camera con letto matrimoniale e poltrona-letto,angolo cottura e bagno con doccia. Entrata indipendente. L'unico locale in comune (con noi ) è la lavanderia che è in una stanza indipendente .Il parcheggio ,gratuito , è sulla strada (a 20 metri dalla porta di casa) Non c'è giardino ma ci si può sedere fuori magari per bersi un drink .

We had a wonderful time in Pietrasanta and the apartment was perfect. Very clean and everything that we needed was there. Andrea was a very nice host. Food and drinks in the fridge when we arrived was very nice since we arrived in the late evening and the supermarket was closed. It was our first time in Pietrasanta and we liked the place very much. Very quiet and not too much people. We wold like to come back to Pietrasanta and stay in this apartment.

Z družino smo obiskali to mirno stanovanje za raziskovanje severnega dela Toskane. Prijava je potekala gladko, gostiteljica se je prilagodila našemu prihodu in je bila vedno na razpolago za naša vprašanja. Postelje so udobne, sobe velike, kuhinja odlično založena z začimbami in posodo. Hiško smo lahko ogreli s centralnim ogrevanjem, kar nam je še posebej všeč. Gostiteljica nam je za zadnji dan ponudila, da lahko ostanemo dlje, če želimo. Vsekakor bi se še vrnili v ta apartma, ko bomo naslednjič raziskovali ta del čudovite Italije.

Es war perfekt! Caterina und ihr Mann Narciso sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor Ort hat Narciso immer auf Nachfragen reagiert und hatte gute Tipps. Die Unterkunft und vor allem der Garten mit Pool sind sehr schön. Während wir nicht da waren haben sich die Gastgeber sogar um die Pflege gekümmert (sie wohnen nebenan), was äußerst nett war. Die Kinder haben die Schaukeln und das Spielhäuschen viel genutzt. Es gab zahlreiche Möglichkeiten sich im Garten aufzuhalten. Fußläufig ist eine Weinstube/Enoteca zu erreichen, sowie Bäcker und ein Supermarkt. Perfekte Lage auch um den (freien) Strand bei Viareggio/ Spiaggia di Torre del Lago zu erreichen, 15 min mit dem Auto. Die Unterkunft liegt auch sehr günstig, um Tagesausflüge nach Cinque Terre oder nach Florenz zu unternehmen. Alles super, wir wollen wiederkommen! Vielen Dank nochmal. Siamo stati nell’alloggio di Chiara per una competizione in spiaggia, durante il ponte del 25 aprile. Torniamo spesso a Pietrasanta in questo periodo e siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti dalla posizione e dall’alloggio in generale. Chiara è stata gentilissima nel fornirci tutte le informazioni per il check in, che abbiamo fatto tardi, venendo da lontano. Tutto è andato liscio ed il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. In casa abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario, in cucina ed in bagno: consigliatissimo! Speriamo di tornare presto! Grazie!

Sara and Brian are truly amazing hosts—proactive, kind, and fascinating to talk to. Their home is enchanting, like stepping into a real fairytale. You can feel how much love and care they’ve poured into every detail. It’s one of the most spectacular places we’ve ever stayed in! Not only is the house and the garden magical, but it’s also so practical and thoughtfully equipped, providing everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable. The gym was fantastic, and the house had plenty of space for two families. Even with 2 adults and 4 “monkeys” (our energetic kids), there was room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and celebrating New Year’s Eve with fireworks lighting up the entire region was an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Sara and Brian, for sharing your incredible home with us. We can’t wait to return!!!

Relaxing Old Farmhouse in Tuscany

Tiziana hat uns im Ort 3 Stunden vor der eigentlichen Ankunftszeit freundlich empfangen und uns zum Haus geleitet. Die Anfahrt ist etwas "gewöhnungsbedürftig" da das Haus sehr abgelegen liegt und nur über einen schmalen Schotterweg zu erreichen ist. Das Haus an sich liegt wundervoll umgeben von Olivenbäumen am Hang. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht vorhanden; es ist sauber und man kann sich wohlfühlen und entspannen. Falls wir nochmal eine Reise in die Toskana planen werden wir sicherlich das Haus von Tiziana und ihrer Familie wieder in die nähere Auswahl nehmen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.
