The only room shared (with us) is the laundry room which is in a separate room. The free parking is on the street (20 meters from the door of the house) There is no garden but you can sit outside maybe for a drink.

We had a wonderful time in Pietrasanta and the apartment was perfect. Very clean and everything that we needed was there. Andrea was a very nice host. Food and drinks in the fridge when we arrived was very nice since we arrived in the late evening and the supermarket was closed. It was our first time in Pietrasanta and we liked the place very much. Very quiet and not too much people. We wold like to come back to Pietrasanta and stay in this apartment.

My family and I visited this quiet apartment to explore the northern part of Tuscany. The check in was smooth, the host accommodated our arrival and was always available for our questions. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are large, the kitchen is superbly stocked with spices and dishes. We were able to warm up the cottage with central heating, which we especially like. The host offered for the last day that we could stay longer if we wanted. We would definitely come back to this appartement next time we explore this part of beautiful Italy.

It was perfect! Caterina and her husband Narciso are very hospitable and helpful. On site, Narciso always responded to inquiries and had good tips. The accommodation and especially the garden with pool are very nice. While we weren't there, the hosts even took care of the maintenance (they live next door), which was extremely nice. The children used the swings and the playhouse a lot. There were numerous opportunities to stay in the garden. A wine bar/enoteca can be reached on foot, as well as a bakery and a supermarket. Perfect location also to reach the (free) beach at Viareggio/ Spiaggia di Torre del Lago, 15 min by car. The accommodation is also very convenient for day trips to Cinque Terre or Florence. Everything great, we want to come back! Thanks again. Best regards from Katharina and family from Germany.

We stayed at Chiara's place for a competition on the beach, during the April 25 bridge. We often return to Pietrasanta during this time and we were really satisfied with the location and accommodation in general. Chiara was very kind in providing us with all the check-in information, which we were late, coming from afar. Everything went smoothly and the stay was really pleasant. In the house we found everything you need, in the kitchen and bathroom: highly recommended! We hope to be back soon! Thanks!

Sara and Brian are truly amazing hosts—proactive, kind, and fascinating to talk to. Their home is enchanting, like stepping into a real fairytale. You can feel how much love and care they’ve poured into every detail. It’s one of the most spectacular places we’ve ever stayed in! Not only is the house and the garden magical, but it’s also so practical and thoughtfully equipped, providing everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable. The gym was fantastic, and the house had plenty of space for two families. Even with 2 adults and 4 “monkeys” (our energetic kids), there was room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and celebrating New Year’s Eve with fireworks lighting up the entire region was an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Sara and Brian, for sharing your incredible home with us. We can’t wait to return!!!
