Monthly Rentals in Monteflavio

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tivoli, and Cecilia and her family were a major part in making that a reality. From the beginning they were proactive and friendly in their communication with us, and they we very helpful with the information they provided regarding local spots to visit. We would definitely be happy to stay with them again in a future visit to Tivoli and highly recommend that anyone looking for a stay at a place that is central to everything in Tivoli do so with Cecilia. Potential visitors should only be aware that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there are only stairs, so if that is something that is physically difficult for you, then you should be aware of that. For us, it was not a deterrent, and we got a good little exercise on our way in from and out to our adventures.

The host was welcoming and helpful right from the start. The house fully reflects the description given. Great location.

The apartment is a real jewel, well appointed, beautifully designed and impeccably restored. San Gregorio too is such an astonishing venue. So authentic, so atmospheric and so well located for exploring the rest of Lazio. As if that was not sufficient, Leah is a model host by any standard. Attentive, communicative and unfailingly helpful. The San Gregorio experience is highly and unconditionally recommended !

Federica's apartment is simply perfect! Great location to quickly reach all points of interest, free covered parking right in front of the house, and what I really appreciated is that the apartment lacked nothing! Federica really thought of everything... She is a kind and always available host. We will definitely come back to you
