Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Montecatini Terme

My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

We were so lucky to have found Tenuta Verde. Monica and Daniele are hostess and host pur sang. Everything has been taken care of down to the last detail. Warm welcome on arrival, a welcome package to get you through the first night and morning. All previous rave reviews are completely true. Tips about the area, what to do besides the big sights, and where to eat and buy the best ice cream. Warm personalities who are always there for you. Daniele even brought homemade wine twice, delicious. The house is so nice to "come home" to after a long day away. Wonderful tranquility in the garden and around the house. We're missing it already. We had a lovely stay with our family for a week. The apartment had an amazing private garden which totally made our stay, and host was very responsive. Train station and supermarket are 5 min drive away which is very convenient. We’d recommend having a car from our experience.

Lorenza's cottage is delightful, as is the whole village that literally enchanted us. Lorenza's mother was really kind, she booked us dinner in the tiny and beautiful restaurant in Tereglio and left us wood for the fireplace in the living room (which we used in the evening, in those days it was a little cold). We look forward to coming back.

we stayed at this place for 4 nights, 1 couple with a baby and myself parents. it was wonderful and the hosts are very polite and nice, Gabe us lots of tasty sweet basket of food to welcome us. the apartment is wonderful and very v recommend!

Great host. Very friendly. Interesting location. Close to the Gothic Line. Village and property has an interesting history link to Workd War 2. The local villagers were friendly. Nice property. Immaculately clean.

We had a wonderful 12 days in Monsummano. The house is ideally located for exploring Tuscany. The location is just great! Good restaurants, ice cream parlors and cafes can be reached on foot. We highly recommend the place and communication with Daniele was great!! Thanks for a great stay! 👌😀👍

Wow, wow, wow! We totally enjoyed our stay at Eleonara‘s house! We arrived and her son explained everything to us and showed as the whole apartment. You‘ll find everything there for your daily needs. It’s absolutely the same as on the photos and we also were able to use the washing machine as well as the dryer. I loved the backyard the most - it’s so beautiful and decorated with an attention for details! Just in case someone cares: The street is next to the house why it could get a little bit louder, especially during the rush hours But we didn’t care about that little fact and the longer we stayed, the less we recognized it. Eleonora and her family are so kind, friendly and lovely people! Thank you so much for everything and our great stay! Absolutely recommend!

Micaela’s airbnb is in one of the most breathtaking locations I’ve ever seen. Waking up every morning to a beautiful mountain view was a dream. We got to meet Rea the very sweet dog who loves to be petted and who added so much joy to the experience. Micaela provided everything we needed and even left a bottle of wine in the fridge for us to enjoy. She recommended many different experiences. The recommendation we loved most was joining an aperitivo at the restaurant in Pruno called Locanda II Poveromo. They hold one every Sunday starting at 5pm. There was a lively and lovely older couple DJing and many of us decided to get up and do karaoke throughout the evening. Everyone was so welcoming and giddy to meet us. The staff and customers were all very wholesome people, and the most authentic experience we had in Italy thus far. 100% recommended. Micaela’s home was very clean and comfortable. The bed was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for more! We would definitely return.

It was a great beautiful experience and if we were to travel to Lucca again. Then we would know immediately where to book something.

Stunning location, local shop for great quality fresh food. Only a short walk into the old town and the train station for excursions further out.

Please do yourself a favour and book this place! Franco and his family are amazing hosts, the appartment looks even better in person and it is perfect for a romantic getaway. We had questioned ourselves whether it would be a downside to live together with more people on the property, but this turned out to be more of an advantage than anything. It felt like having very friendly neighbours, and we never felt like we had less personal space as a result. On top of this, the neighbouring towns are great for day trips and restaurants. So take the opportunity to enjoy this airbnb gem :) (someone mentioned the internet did not work, but this is fixed now)

Great place to stay. I would highly recommend it. The only reason I gave four stars for location was the difficulty in getting a taxi or uber into the old town. If not for having our own car we probably would not have gotten there. Not Fabrizia’s fault by any means. Just thought one should be aware. The place was perfect for us and our itinerary.

Brilliant apartment, very clean and everything thing you need, just like home from home, plus extra goodies in the fridge free of charge. Walter is a great host, very responsive, and helpful. Roberto was very kind to drive us to and from the station any time we needed, such a gentleman! Thank you Walter & Roberto.

We had such a lovely stay at Lola’s place. The garden was lovely to relax in during the evenings and the location was perfect - walkable to the main attractions in Florence but quieter and less hectic than being right in the centre which was perfect for us! Lola was so friendly and helpful - she gave us loads of recommendations for local restaurants and helped us with queries during our stay. She also gave us lots of cute thoughtful gifts for our baby!

Book this airbnb if it is available during your stay! Alessandro could easily take more money for the breathtaking view. it had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our own dinner, everything was clean and welcoming. Alessandro was a great host and had a lot of tips for the city. 10/10!

If only it was possible to give this apartment a higher star rating. Right from the start Monica’s communication is excellent and she made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The apartment was amazing and I don’t think the pictures do it justice. Very classy fixtures and fittings throughout. Everything was so clean and comfortable that it felt like home. The location was so convenient for walking to all the tourist destinations and fabulous restaurants. If this apartment is available in your time slot just book it and save time looking for anything else, this place is perfect. Thanks again Monica for letting us stay at your beautiful apartment. Hopefully I will be back one day.

It’s just not possible to accurately state in an Airbnb review how otherworldly this place is— this home and its location and community (Mony and The Top Bar!!!) were unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. We will D R E A M of coming back someday! We’ve been traveling Europe with our three children for the past three months and this was my favorite Airbnb out of all we’ve ever been to. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian village getaway — this is it. Please don’t miss your opportunity!

Pietro is a wonderful host. Collected us from the Airport , arranged a taxi when we left. gave lots of useful recommendations. the apartment was super clean and comfortable. It's on a busy road, so don't expect it to be quiet! Great views from the outdoor seating balcony space. we had a great time in Pisa 😁

Very cozy and safe home. We took the tram from the airport and Eugenia gave us directions on the easiest way to get to the apartment from the recommended stop. She explained and show how the multiple doors locks to the apartment and made sure we were able to open everything. She also provided a book with instructions on how to use the washer and food recommendations in the area. The bus stop is really close (5 min walk) and the train station is also a 15 minute walk away. At night it was pretty quiet and the bed was really comfy.

Amazing place centrally located within walking distance to all major Florence attractions. The view from the patio is worth the climb! Apartment was spotless with comfortable beds and thoughtful touches. It was well stocked with everything you would need.

A beautiful place to stay if you want to really feel the magical vibes of Tuscany. Thank you again for hosting us, would love to stay again some day.

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

We've stayed in many nice AirBnbs, but few have truly made us feel as comfortable and at home as this place did. Very easy walk to the main piazza with shopping and cafes. 6 min walk from a lovely park with a weekly farmer's market. Food and coffee on the same block, and near a large grocery store. Nice desk/work space, good air conditioning. One thing to note is you have to climb four flights of stairs and there's no elevator. Also, the couch is small for 2 people. Still, we would stay here again.
