Perfect stay! The owner was extremely kind, helpful and precise in every detail. The apartment is in excellent condition: clean, tidy and equipped with every necessary comfort. A very positive experience that I would recommend without hesitation!

Lorenzo is a super friendly host who did his best to make us feel at home. The house is very unique as well as the location. We love this part of Firenze!

Raffaella deserves an extra star on the reviews. She is a wonderful host, very welcoming and very responsive. She went out of her way to make dinner reservations for us, at two wonderful restaurants - both in walking distance from her airbnb. The apartment was quiet, clean, with beautiful views. We did a lovely bike ride from town and enjoyed the beauty and quiet at Raffaella’s place. And her regional breakfast was such a treat!!! We hope to come back!

The country house is beautiful and well maintained. Easy to reach by car and located in a very quiet area. Tommaso was very kind, the house was clean and tidy and there was everything you needed. Recommended!

Sonia was extremely helpful from start to beginning. Gave us great recommendations which ended up being some of our favourite nights! The most stunning location and beautifully kept place, with everything you could possibly need to live in. 30 mins from Florence, 1 hour from Siena and miles of beautiful scenery and wineries as far as the eye can see As a british couple in our 20’s we loved our stay here ❤️

Beautiful home set in the country side. Views were breathtaking. If you have a vehicle, easy to get around to near by towns. Highly recommend near by restaurant that is only 3 minute drive.

Communication with Angela was always smooth and friendly. We were able to check in flexibly and Angela responded quickly. She also responded immediately to special requests. The B&B is located just outside Pisa, but can be reached quickly via a longer walk, by bus or other means of transport. We felt very comfortable.

Beautiful place close to everything, only a short walk to the main attractions, great area. The apartment itself has everything you need for a stay in Pisa. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. We had a slight issue out with the hosts control and it was rectified immediately. If you’re looking for an authentic Florence experience than this place is the spot for you. The neighbourhood is very safe and walkable with plenty of great local restaurants and bars. It’s also a short walk into the main city centre too. Filippo was an incredible host, very responsible, hospitable and provided us with lots of great local recommendations. The unit itself was very modern, cosy and cool which was great to escape the heat of summer. It is slightly noisy at night from pedestrians en route home but nothing we couldn’t handle. Will be back again!

Wow! What a find! Serena checked us in to this perfect little oasis in Lucca. So MANY extra little touches like great snacks and drinks available, bikes to ride, and sweetly tied linens in a ribbon. Serena was very communicative and gave clear directions about where to leave our car and what to look for in restaurants. Such a perfect spot and very reasonably priced. Ciao!

Caterina was a great host. Her place is very central and walkable to almost everything. Helpful and flexible. Elevator makes a huge difference and building is also very quite and secure.

Clara was responsive and helpful. She was there to meet us and help us with parking and walked us through the entire house. She was wonderful. The space was perfect with a wonderful patio. Totally would recommend.

Filippo's place is definitely one of the best Airbnb's to know the Toscana. Filippo, in the first place, was very flexible with the check-in hour, allowing us to make the check-in around 6 pm after we visited San Gimigniano and Certaldo. Filippo's apartment is strategically located if you want to visit San Gimignano/Certaldo/Siena (25 minutes away by car). And the rest of the beautiful towns of Tuscany as Montepulciano/Montalcino/Val D'Orcia/etc...are only 1 hour away by car. The surroundings of Poggibonsi are beautiful, and the town is really relaxed and full of excellent options to eat (eating information provided by Filippo). To resume, this place is outstanding and has everything you need to have a wonderful time under Tuscany's sun and landscapes. The apartment has a dishwasher, a clothes washing machine, and it's really big. If you want to visit Tuscany, this is definitely your place. Thank you, Filippo, for being a wonderful host.

Ideal location in Florence, easily walkable to all main attractions. We enjoyed our stay in Florence very much and Gianni and Patrizia were very welcoming and helpful with great local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The apartment is exactly what you need as a base to explore the beauty of Florence. Thanks for having us!

Our stay here was unforgettable! The breathtaking beauty began as soon as we drove up, and it only improved from there. Our room felt magical, and the tower terrace was absolutely spectacular. Surrounded by vineyards, we were truly in awe of the stunning scenery. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful place. We stayed here at the tail end of our trip and it was perfect. Quiet and sparse in the best of ways. Breakfast was amazing. They walked us to a lovely place for dinner. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful views. We felt like we were the inky tourists, which was amazing after hitting all the tourists spots. We were sad to leave so soon!

The room was great and the bed was big and comfy. The bathroom was very clean and shower was spacious. Also the breakfast was very nice

Excellent! Breakfast was phenomenal every single morning and we were tended to so perfectly. Check in was smooth— luggage drop off was so easy and we dropped off once we arrived in Florence and were able to explore. Luggage drop off was also available our checkout day and we were able to leave and explore before it was time to go—they also called a Taxi for us and had it waiting for us when we left. We did not get to use the pool, but the room and shower were perfect. Bed was a bit firm, but that is up to preference, not a complaint. Villa is also further away from city center, and requires a lengthy walk— but is without a doubt walkable. We walked every single day to the city center and across the bridge! You can even see the peak of the Duomo from the terrace! Area felt less tourist packed than other airbnbs in the area and we felt more surrounded by locals. The service was some of the best we’ve received and we were greeted every single morning and day. Great stay!

For us, it was the perfect place to stay! Maria is very hospitable and communicative. The Airbnb is really nice and the breakfast was perfect (also very great for vegetarians). We felt really comfortable. A big thank you and definitely to be recommended. Arrived by bus and walked from Volterra and found it great (but are also very athletic). There were great hiking trails in the area and generally it was really nice and quiet!

Beautiful place at 15 minutes driving distance from Lucca. Robert Jan was super nice and helpful during our stay. Definitely worth it! But keep in mind that the road to Robert Jan's stay is a pretty narrow path.
