This place is amazing! It was a competely unique experience staying in Anna's place. The private garden up the hill afforded gorgeous views of the historic tower and town that turned magical at night when everything was lit up. When we explored the town at night, we felt like we had gone back in time. There were motion sensor lights on the stairs to and from the garden so that we could easily and safely see our way. We had the historic part of the nicely lit up town at night to ourselves, adding to the atmosphere. Civitella D'agliano was our favourite of the many towns that we explored in the area. It is a genuine and evocative beauty, not marred by masses of tourists or souvenir shops. Anna and her English speaking friend, met our car to show us where to park, and showed us everything in the apartment and garden in detail. Anna gave us many delicious snacks and an apple cake. She also arranged a reservation at a local restaurant that was memorable. Stay here. You will never forget it!

This apartment was exceptionally comfortable and perfectly suited to our needs. We originally chose it for its convenient location near the Rome airport, as we had an early morning flight. However, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that many wonderful attractions are just a 15–20 minute drive away. The apartment owners were incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted us with everything we needed and even turned on the heating throughout the apartment at our request—despite it being past the official heating season. The apartment had everything we were looking for: very comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, complete privacy, and an excellent shower. We highly recommend this apartment—it exceeded our expectations in every way.

We stayed at this accommodation for 2 weeks and it was a great starting and return point for our daily trips throughout Tuscia. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, it has everything you need and more for an extended stay, parking in the square below is always available and the 50 meters uphill are easily done. Comfortable bed, the kitchen has everything and the washing machine is convenient for long stays. We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation and can only recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay! There were four of us and we all had a great time: the room was well cared for, cozy and full of charm, it immediately impressed us. Maddalena was an exceptional host, always kind, helpful and ready to make us feel at home. It's rare to find such a warm welcome. She was also flexible and very kind with check-in times. The garden and the beautiful dogs and cats that welcomed us were also fantastic. In addition, Maddalena was also super attentive to our request to have a gluten-free breakfast, a gesture we really appreciated. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would! Highly recommended. We'll probably be back in the future for a longer stay.
