It's idyllic. A short drive or walk from Paciano and you get to this peaceful spot that looks over the olive grove. It's a fantastic spot to unwind and relax. The terrace is a beautiful shaded spot to while away the hours. We would highly recommend to anybody looking for the ideal spot to switch off and hear nothing but birds, bullfrogs and the occasional donkey bray. The home itself is well appointed, perfect for a couple or those with one child. There is plenty of space and the flat contains everything you need. We loved it. A perfect week.

Hyggelig rummelig lejlighed så centralt som overhovedet muligt. Alt fungerer fint. God seng men ingen gode møbler at sidde, desværre. Men det er også det eneste minus.

We felt like kings of the castle in Stefano and Sylvias’s place. Top of a hill with expansive views and always such a beautiful breeze. San Quirico was lovely as was Bagno Vignoni at the bottom of our hill. We could see the twinkling lights of Pienza and Montepulciano both of which were an easy drive away. Generosity in the way the villa was presented and our hosts’ welcome, with many wonderful local suggestions. Would highly recommend.

We cannot express how much we loved our stay at Saverio’s. It was absolutely PERFECT! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The home itself was beautiful in construction, clean, stylishly decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including little extras like fresh coffee, teas, local advertisements for restaurants, and also recommended the local grocery for toiletries or food items. Saverio’s home couldn’t be in a better location, tucked in a charming part of the countryside with views that will take your breath away and make you fall in love with this part of Italy. Even being out-of-town, you are close to everything. The town of Magione has a wonderful and friendly restaurant with fantastic pizza and entrees- I Cento Passi. Saverio, thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, we are grateful for the experience.

This air B&B was in a beautiful area of Tuscany with breathtaking views. The property had many areas to sit and enjoy the rolling hills.

The house is beautiful and unlike anything else. What made the experience amazing was one of the hosts, Daniela. Daniela greeted us upon check in, walked us around the house and went above and beyond and booked us a wine tour where he graciously translated everything in English during the entire experience. Daniela made the place feel like home and I couldn’t recommend him and the experience he provides more.

A truly magical and unique stay in a castle apartment. After 24 days exploring the beauty of Italy, our arrival at Simone's third floor apartment in the village was breathtaking. This truly magnificent setting, nestled within a castle, immediately enveloped us in a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself is not only beautifully appointed and meticulously cared for, but also boasts spectacular views across the mountain range that invited us to sit for hours, simply unwinding and soaking in the tranquility. While we ventured down the mountain a few times, we found ourselves drawn to the gentle rhythm of morning and evening walks, always culminating in a visit to the piazza to once again marvel at the stunning views Simone, our host, is simply the most considerate and attentive host I have encountered in 15 years of travel. Staying in Paolo’s beautiful AirBnB was definitely a highlight of our vacation! The apartment was spotless and well equipped, but it was the rooftop terrace with its sublime views that made it extra special. We had coffee and local pastries there every morning, and a glass of wine there every evening! Though the apartment was beautiful, what made our stay the most memorable was the warmth and generosity of our host. Paolo not only went out of his way to pick us up at the train station in Foligno, he drove us all the way to Assisi for our departing train. In between he was always friendly and available to respond any questions or needs we had. We couldn’t have had a better five days in Spello. Thanks Paolo!

Soggiorno incantevole, camera e patio con vista inarrivabile per bellezza e quiete. Camera bellissima, fornitissima, tutto estremamente curato nei dettagli da una persona -Elena, pur non avendo avuto l'occasione di incontrarsi- che ci mette amore nel fornire una esperienza assolutamente da ripetere. Anche gli spazi comuni sono estremamente curati e confortevoli.

Spectacular view as pictured. Since the apartment is located in the historic center, you need to park at a parking lot a little outside the center (which is the case for all the apartments in the area). Apartment was overall more spacious than expected. Although the balcony was quite narrow, the beautiful view made up for it. Location was convenient to walk to many shops and restaurants.

A very elegant and spacious apartment in a fabulous position with great views . Cristina is very engaged and a helpful host, fabulous communication. Bathroom was particularly spacious with great shower. Would thoroughly recommend.

This is Tuscany at its finest! Our stay at Casa Bonari was perfect. The villa inside was spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and wonderfully Italian. It was equipped with everything we needed. The exterior grounds were gorgeous and the views from the property in every direction were breathtaking. We made dinner and ate on the patio - it looked like a picture from a magazine. The villa is within easy walking distance of the charming Monticchiello which has a few excellent restaurants. We enjoyed strolling the picturesque streets and the incredible views of the countryside from the village. Our hostess, Valentina, was very gracious and helpful. We enjoyed meeting some of the friendly family members. They were so kind and left us with happy memories. We highly recommend Casa Bonari and hope to visit again.

Bryan en Marina hebben een waar groen paradijs gemaakt rondom deze fraaie oude boerderij. Naast Bryan en Marina zijn in het gebouw 2 appartementen opgenomen, benevens een derde appartement dat door anderen verhuurd wordt. De appartementen van Bryan en Marina zijn zeer smaakvol ingericht met een Engelse touch. Wij hebben daar heel veel van genoten. De mooie grote tuin en het terras wordt met elkaar gedeeld, voor het appartement is nog een klein eigen terras. De locatie ligt erg mooi en handig om de vele bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving te bezoeken. Wij vonden Bryan en Marina zeer hartelijk en we hebben veel leuke gesprekken met ze gevoerd. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

War wieder ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Sehr schöne Location, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, der sehr gut erreichbar war und die Lage der Wohnung top.

We were staying in the area for a wedding close by, and found this lovely little Airbnb in the heart of Cortona, for a really reasonable price. The host was extremely helpful with clear instructions and directions communicated via messenger, including a location for free parking close by. The check in and out process was very easy even with our awkward flight times. We initially faced issues with the hot water, but this was fixed within the hour. There is no air con or fan at the property, which was a slight concern in 29° heat, however the windows made a lovely through breeze. The property has all the amenities you need to live home from home; cooking utensils, fridge, iron, hair dryer, television etc. You wake to the beautiful sound of birds and incredible views, in an area that is very peaceful. Thank-you for a wonderful and comfortable 4 night stay.

A beautiful Agro tourismo right in the lap of nature…very close to the picturesque Pienza town and with gorgeous views of Tuscany rolling hills all around the house.. Bianca’s father met us upon arrival and explained us all the details about the house, his farm, olive oil making and the background of the place.. They stay on the first floor of the house and Airbnb is on ground floor… The house was built in 1576 and it was one of its kind of experience to be staying in it… The house is quite spacious and very well decorated. We stayed here for 3 nights and did 2 day trips - 1 to Florence and other to Siena ( a must visit place with marvellous cathedral and piazza del campo ) and picture perfect Chianti region.. Having a car is absolutely necessary as the place is 8-10 km from Pienza and public transport is minimal… Regards, Sachin

Nous avons été de suite sous le charme de cette propriété. Tout ici compose l'image qu'on peut se faire de la belle campagne Toscane. Tout en haut de la colline surplombant la vallée, la vue y est splendide et romantique. La propriété a été renovée avec le confort d'aujourd'hui tout en conservant son âme d'autrefois. On s'y sent de suite bien, l'energie est bienfaisante, la nature, les animaux, tout est en harmonie! L'accueil, la cuisine d'Oscar, la superbe piscine, la terrasse ombragée, les petits-dejeuners copieux fait maison! C'est plus qu'un coup de coeur, cet endroit est une pépite! Nous reviendrons!

I really enjoyed my stay here but mainly to Barbara. She was always available to me and helped me with some questions ! It was an easy location to the rest of Citta di Castello and walkable to anywhere I needed to go. I would recommend this space to any traveller who wants an easy place to stay in Umbria. It is central to many towns in the area.

Maria’s place was beautiful and exactly as described! It was bigger than expected and had a cute balcony we really enjoyed spending late afternoons relaxing! We had a great time in Montepulciano, it was relaxing and slow paced after a busy few weeks before ☺️ Maria provided local recommendations and was always responsive. If you’re thinking of booking here I highly recommend!
