Smart Studio in Historic Center 2+1

Excellent studio in the historic center of Pesaro, bright, with hallway and bathroom, located on the second floor with private entrance and staircase and direct access from the street. There is a mezzanine double bed (140x200) and a pouf that can easily be converted into a comfortable bed with a slatted base (80x200). The studio also has a large 5-seat sofa, a kitchen area with table and chairs. In the spacious bathroom with window there is a large shower and a washing machine.

Spacious and cozy apartment of 100 mq on the ground floor in a bifamiliar house, with independent entrance and fully furnished. Close to the beach and the city center, both 200 metres away and less than 5 minutes by walking. My son and I enjoyed a great stay at Francesco's place. Our host went out of his way to be helpful. Effective air conditioning, comfortable bed plus sofa, stacks of hot water from the shower. Kitchen well provided with utensils, induction hob, milk in fridge, biscuits, coffee, sugar and cafetiere. Two televisions. Delightful outlook onto boats at the port. Major supermarket and restaurants all nearby. 11 minute walk to the seafront. For a small group of 1-3 people, this accommodation is hard to beat.

The house is clean and spacious. We had a very good time, the owner of the house was very kind and helpful with us. I had the pleasure of meeting Michela, who in addition to having cleaned the house also took me to the supermarket to do the shopping, we forgot the battery charger and she sent it to our home. Highly recommended ✨

Unfortunately, I was only able to enjoy one night because I was just passing through, but I would have liked to stay longer in that nice and quiet apartment, Silvia is super kind and helpful at any time... I'll be back soon!

Clean apartment with all the comforts, like being at home. Location a five-minute walk to the beach and close to restaurants. The host Giada was very friendly and very clear in explaining how to take advantage of the apartment's amenities. We really enjoyed it.

Two white shelves are mounted on a light-colored wall, displaying books, a decorative fish sculpture, and a small boat figure. A clock with a simple design is positioned above the shelves, along with a small framed picture and a vase of fresh flowers. Seashells are scattered across the lower shelf.

Anusca was very welcoming and kind. The house is large, well-kept, clean and equipped with all comforts. The garden is very comfortable. The place is quiet, very close to the sea and has an indoor parking lot. We felt right at home. We will definitely be back. Thank you Anusca.
