This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

Soggiorno spettacolare, immerso nella campagna gallurese, nel giardino della casa alti alberi di querce, ombrosi, e una bella piscina per rinfrescarsi in assenza di una spiaggia vicina. Abbiamo avuto la gradevolissima compagnia di due gattini, educati e affettuosi, e con il calare della notte ci ha fatto visita un riccio di terra, curioso ma discreto. Casa freschissima all' interno, piacevole sorpresa per in vista dell' estate che inizia. Dotazione di comfort inaspettati in una casa di campagna: la lavastoviglie! Ci ha evitato noiose faccende domestiche post prandiali. Letti comodi, bagno ampio con lavatrice, una sala da pranzo ampia e luminosa. E sorpresa....wifi gratuito! Ringraziamo Antonio per il piacevole weekend e torneremo!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit unseren beiden Jungs, 10 Monate und 5 Jahre, in Antonios Haus. Es ist simpel ausgestattet und eher klein, dafür verfügt es über einen großen privaten Außenbereich und die Treppe in die Bucht ist natürlich absolut spitze.

We have really enjoyed our stay at this lovely little villa in Sardinia. The villa is very private and comfortable with two fantastic outdoor spaces that work well not matter what the weather - the pool is a sun trap with plenty of sun loungers, whilst the covered veranda the other side of the property has a great table and outdoor cooking space. A car is essential to enjoy the surrounding area, but wow, what an area. The villa is a 4 minute drive from the local beaches, we loved Spiaggia Cala Sassari the most, park down the far end for free (we learnt this only after paying 10 euros for parking) and enjoy the whitest sand and the bluest water. We loved our boat trip out to the islands to swim in some amazing coves. Dinner was great in Golfo Arancini and Porto Rotundo. However, one of the highlights was heading inland to the Thursady market in San Pantaleo, a beautiful town in the mountains. Breathtaking! Leonardo was an excellent and responsive host. We couldn’t have asked for better!

Villa Ivy was a perfect for our family holiday. Room for 8 adults to relax socialise. The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. The house was spotless on arrival. Communication was good. Would recommend.

Dario's home is amazing and he's a fantastic host. The space was clean, well-equipped, and larger than expected. And Dario even helped us with recommendations and reservations. The pool is wonderful and heating it is worth the the extra fees. We hope to return to beautiful Sardinia and stay in this remote and very special place again some day.

Everything was absolutely fabulous. The house was gorgeous and so close to the town and the beach (which is one of the best beaches we’ve ever seen). Thank you Giovanna for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home😀

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Die Ausstattung war super. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir fanden es sehr schön, dass zahlreiche Spiele für die Kinder vorhanden waren. So kam auch an Regentagen keine Langeweile auf.

Chiara was so friendly and helpful. When I needed help, a delivery sent, or changes made to the reservation she was so responsive and kind. I had tons of questions and she didn't mind at all. The area is truly beautiful. I was there off season and it was quiet and empty (definitely needed a car for groceries) but every beach I wanted to go to was walkable. The house had everything I needed and the garden was lovely. Was a perfect month and a great price. Thank you Chiara!!!!!

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Wir waren 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft und fühlten uns sehr wohl bei Angela. Als Ausgangspunkt zu den vielen tollen Stränden ist Loiri super gelegen. Wir haben tolle Tipps für Strände und Unternehmungen bekommen. Uns wurde sogar ein Tisch im Agriturismo Tenuta Oster Maria gebucht (war auf der Seite eigentlich ausgebucht). Das war ein tolles Erlebnis. Der Pool sah sehr einladend aus. Leider haben wir diesen aber nicht genutzt, da wir die meiste Zeit am Strand waren. Unser Highlight in der Unterkunft war das tolle und liebevolle Frühstück von Angela. Sie ist unfassbar freundlich und zuvorkommend.

We had a wonderful two-week stay at Annagiulia’s apartment. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. It’s very well equipped — from dish soap and detergent to coffee capsules, playing cards, chess, and a great book collection. We were greeted with delicious Sardinian sweets, and check-in/out was seamless, thanks to the detailed instructions.
Annagiulia was a fantastic host — helpful, responsive, and full of great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Halfway through our stay, the apartment was cleaned and we received fresh sheets and towels, which was a lovely touch.
The location is perfect: a short drive to stunning beaches, shops, and great restaurants. There’s even a nice pool just steps away. One of our favorite features was the terrace — with breathtaking views. We spent many peaceful days relaxing in the garden.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would love to return!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Super toller Strand. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit am Strand. (Was ansonsten auf Sardinien sehr teuer sein kann). Schöne große Terrasse mit super Meerblick. Schade dass auf der Terrasse nur zwei unbequeme Stühle stehen. Da wäre viel Platz für bequeme Sitzmöbel… ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder. (Vielleicht wurde unsere klitzekleine Kritik ja berücksichtigt 😉)

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen. Der Morgen jeweils ist magisch, mit dem Meeresrauschen und dem Singen der verschiedenen Vögel. Der Strand und das rundherum ist einfach nur schön. Die Einheimischen sind sehr freundlich und Sardinien im allgemeinen ein Traum. Vom 15. September bis Anfang Juni kann man sich mit Hunden fast uneingeschränkt am Strand bewegen. Wir waren mit unserer Hündin jeden Tag am Strand und im Meer baden. Auch in den Restaurants war unsere kleine immer willkommen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.. Grazie Marco🙏🏼

We had a wonderful stay at Stazzi, the cottage was lovely and we had a great time and space outside to sit and relax. Inside had all you needed. Peaceful, secure and beautiful landscape and sights. We spend a few days and traveled around different cities and the coast line. If you want peace, relaxing surroundings and private. Just like we like it. Recommended for people who enjoy outside life but also the bustling and lively cities and coastline, which can be reached very easily by car. Thank you for having us!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'alloggio di Franco. Dotato di tutto il necessario, spazi ampi per quattro persone. Situato in un'area tranquilla, a 10 minuti da San Teodoro e vicino ad alcune spiagge. Utilissimo il parcheggio riservato.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Der Privatstrand, die tolle Terasse mit dem Ausblick und die freundliche Unterstützung von Andrea und Pietro haben den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Gegend, sauberes Wasser schwimmen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Erfahrung der extra Klasse. Kleine Kuchen zum Frühstück sehr lecker. Das Boot hat alles was man braucht Super Musik Sound Wasser mit Eiss am Kühlbox.... Ist zu empfehlen Danke Cristina &Luca

Vielen Dank an unseren Gastgeber Matteo! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, es war wirklich alles vorhanden und das absolute Highlight ist der wunderschöne Garten. Sehr bequeme Betten! Und die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten zum Empfang waren etwas ganz Besonderes! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
