Amazing host, very responsive. The place had everything we needed.

We stayed at the property for 12 days with our two children. We felt very comfortable there. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony to the sea every morning at breakfast. The garden was also great for the boys to play in.

You immediately feel comfortable and at home here! Really a totally tasteful and modern furnished apartment with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and enough space to have breakfast and hang laundry. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of the harbor and beach. There are even two TVs with their own Netflix account, which you can use for free. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - even a new bottle of good olive oil was available. The bed is 1.40 m, which could be a little wider for our taste, but that's whining at a high level. We were enormously grateful for the mosquito nets on all windows as well as the blackout options in the bedroom. We felt completely comfortable and were able to reach Michaela quickly at any time with questions. We will definitely recommend the apartment to friends and family! We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

Anna and her husband welcomed us very warmly from the beginning and were available for questions during our stay. We can't (yet) speak Italian, but by email no problem. Very, very friendly and helpful, the two of them! The place has everything you need. Clean, good kitchen equipment and bathroom accessories. The beach chairs & umbrella for the beach were especially great. The location of the apartment is top, in a quiet side street. Bus stations and main street with shopping and shopping facilities but within 5 minutes, including the best breakfast cafe "Tiramisu", delicious pizza shops "Juma" and Roberto's "Pizzeria Voglia di Pizza". I had a great time at this apartment offered by Maurizio. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful with its square and the café terrace, the beach within walking distance in a few minutes. Maurizio was very welcoming, helpful, precise, responsive and professional. The guide provided by his Agency is very useful and comprehensive for a comfortable stay. I will most likely come back for a tourist stay this time and with family. The location is very strategic to fully enjoy the many beautiful beaches nearby. I highly recommend it!

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

We are a family with two little children and we had a very nice time at Marcos place. The garden is paradise and the accommodation is very tastefully decorated. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. We were the only ones there in early May. Sara, who welcomed us on site, is very warm, friendly and helpful. Marco is also easily accessible and helpful. We will definitely be happy to come back! Tutto perfetto!

We loved our stay at Mirella’s place! The house is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. We traveled by car around Sardinia, and the location was easy to reach. Set on a hilltop, the home offers stunning sunsets, peaceful bird songs, and a perfect setting to reconnect with nature.

We loved Andrea’s place, it is beautifully decorated, comfortable, centrally located. We felt at home and will definitely miss it!

The stay had all the amenities listed in the ad. They let us leave an hour later than requested! It was the space we needed!

We enjoyed Marco's place very much! Even in advance, we were warmly looked after by Christine, his manager – with a lot of commitment, great tips and fast communication. Among other things, we were allowed to check in earlier, received recommendations and received precise directions to the accommodation. The apartment was well equipped and we liked it – we were particularly pleased with the wine and water provided as a welcome - a nice gesture! The location is great: beach, restaurants, supermarket and ice cream parlors are within walking distance – we could often leave the car. Near the harbor, you have to expect a few mosquitoes, but that hardly bothered us. A huge thank you to Christine, who always responded quickly, kindly and warmly – that's not a given! You can tell that the focus here is on people. 🙏🏻

We have just had a fantastic week at this villa. Really beautiful place and the photos don’t do it justice. Views were amazing and the pool was extremely nice. I have to also mention that the host CInzia was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. She even helped us get a great price for a boat for the day plus taxis each way. This was a fantastic day out. The owners recommendations were spot on for restaurants. Highly recommend. If you are considering this place just book it. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a great time staying at the place. There was everything you needed. The kitchen had everything you could want. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was very clean. The accommodation has a beautiful view and is super located to visit many beaches in the area. In the morning you can see the sunrise and in the evening it is very quiet there. We will definitely be back!! Franco was always available and informed us about everything. Thank you!

The host is so friendly and very responsive. He helped make our stay very smooth and enjoyable. The apartment is as described and pictured and has been meticulously renovated and has all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and homely. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and garden area for dining. The location was optimal to access a lovely beach via a short walk or a shuttle service. There is also access to the resort facilities including a pool and a restaurant onsite. The local town which is a short 2 min drive has a supermarket, bakery, cafe, gelateria and a few restaurants. The airport is a short 15 min car ride and the main town of Olbia is close by too. We enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and coastline on the west and northern coast of the island. We look forward to returning very soon !

I can’t say enough about how great this place was! Stefano was our host and greeted us at check in. He was very responsive and gave us the BEST recommendations. He had his brother in law reserve us tables his own restaurant. I will 100% be staying here the next time i return to Sardinia.

Maria and Valentina are great hosts — very responsive and attentive. We arrived slightly earlier than the check-in time, and as soon as the apartment was cleaned, Maria kindly accommodated us for an early check-in, which is very very appreciated. The apartment was super clean, and the bed sheets smelled lovely :) The apartment is located on a quiet residential street, mostly surrounded by locals, which made it a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Parking was easy and convenient—perfect since I had a car. There’s a small market just a 5-minute walk away, and the Olbia city center is only a 5–7 minute drive. Maria also gave us great recommendations for beaches and a local Sardinian restaurant. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in Sardinia, great hosts and would definitely come back!

Amazing place. This is a large flat in a large building. The rest of the building is unrenovated so we had the whole garden and the super large balcony to ourselves. Within very easy walking distance to lovely beach - which can be heard and glimpsed through the pine trees from the balcony. New aircon/heating in both bedrooms really helps. Lots of equipment in kitchen and for the beach available.

We lived in the apartment all week, the apartment corresponds exactly to what is shown in the pictures. The kitchen was super clean and has everything you need to take care of yourself if you want to. The apartment is very central and is only about 10 minutes' walk to Olbia city center. It offers great parking right outside the door. Also, you could wonderfully visit the surroundings of Olbia from the apartment. The apartment was very clean and has a private atmosphere. Gianluca was always friendly and answered our question quickly.
