The apartment was very nice! Perfect location literally on the beach and within walking distance of other shops and restaurants. The apartment was spacious, tidy and had all the necessary amenities. Very nice stay!

We had a great time, absolutely worth returning for the excellent accommodation and for a top host! It was like being at home, but with a wonderful view, a lot of tranquility and a village that deserves it.

The apartment provided by Vittorio is nothing short of perfect. In addition to being in a beautiful part of Monte Argentario, the house is equipped with everything you need and more. The view is breathtaking, to be enjoyed to the fullest at breakfast and at sunset. Among the most beautiful surprises, however, was the possibility of using the beach in Cala Piatti thanks to the badge provided by Vittorio. The beach is very private, well equipped and overall perfect. Finally, Vittorio's availability, kindness and responsiveness were priceless; from early check-in to the possibility of using the beach even after checking out. What can I say? It will certainly not be the last time we'll stay with Vittorio in this corner of paradise. Thanks is not enough! Highly recommended to all interested parties also for the value for money considering the high season period (mid-August).

Agostina was right away, and I mean January when we booked, available and kind to any of our questions and requests. the farmhouse was super clean, bathrooms, kitchens, rooms, sheets, towels and dishes. Everything was in great condition. Agostina responded and welcomed us on the phone and her door even late in the evening. Check-in and check-out instructions are always very clear from the beginning. The house is complete with everything, for example, there was salt, sugar, oil, vinegar to buffer the arrival, in the pantry there was even a mini primer, a blender, a spinner and plates, glasses, pots and saladers at will. Until now I never saw such a thing. 100% recommended. There were 11 of us and we occupied the entire farmhouse with the possibility of another 3 places. Truly satisfied. I stayed in January and it was a perfect location for me as it is close to the marinas. And close to the freeway to sightseeing. Easy to park. So clean and it’s a big plus as my GF and I are allergic. Many times, first thing we do is clean the place!!! There is a washer. Dishwasher too. WIFI is strong. Nice patio but it was freezing. Would be great to entertain the family during warmer weather. There was a bottle of Prosciutto to welcome me and chips. I am often worried about sheets cleanliness as sometimes there are in color so no bleaching possible. But Erika has all the white sheets and towels straight from the professional laundry still packed and professionally ironed. This is a big plus that should be copied by so many other Airbnb. I will stay again with no doubts.

Magnificent house with wonderful views of the valley. The house had absolutely everything for your stay. The ping-pong table was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, it was not possible to swim in the pool, because the weather no longer allowed, it was rainy and cool for us. I didn't want to leave the house, it was so nice to be there. We were with the children, they also had a lot of fun from the house and the territory. Matteo met us in person, showed us everything in the house, told us where to go for groceries, what to visit. He invited us to taste family products, it was delicious, especially wine and cheeses. I hope to come back again.

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. It is one of the most picturesque places we ever stayed. Absolutely stunning views and worth every penny. Place is huge and we where very comfortable there.

Essential and practical apartment,if you need anything with cordiality it is immediately provided to you. Immersed in the countryside with the owners always present . A structure that accommodates up to 20 people, so quiet and private . Country five minutes away , 10 sea and many places to visit in the area . Pool and outdoor spaces great added value

My partner and I stayed at the Albertino attic. Mrs. Sara and then Mrs. Paola were extremely kind and helpful. The attic, albeit small, has all the necessary comforts and has a beautiful, super ventilated terrace. The location is great and allows you to get around easily both on foot and by car. Overall, we were very satisfied!

Apart from the stunning location and beautiful well equipped house, Laura was a delight to deal with. She was responsive and informative. Our guests loved it as much as we did. Thank you Laura.

Valentina’s B&B in Borgo Carige was exactly what we were looking for. Perfect location, 10 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to Capalbio and 20 minutes to the resort towns on Monte Argentario. The home was just a 10 out of 10. We were 6 family members and it was big enough for private time. Thank You Again Valentina, we will definitely book again on our next trip to la maremma.

You could honestly not ask for a better place to stay in Tuscany! The photos just didn't do this beautiful cottage justice and I don't think any could. Everything was perfect; from the location at the top of a mountain with views over the Tuscan hills, to the authentic style of the villa, the pool and the incredible hosts which absolutely went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! The cottage had everything we needed, a comfortable bed, clean bathroom with the best shower head, a lovely kitchen and beautiful views from the living room, bedroom and kitchen. It also had our own little private terrace to have breakfast on and had sun chairs and a swinging lounge for reading. The villa was a 2 minute drive (or 10 minute walk) to Radicofani, a gorgeous little village with one of the most spectacular Fortresses in Tuscany. The views from the top were amazing! And everyone we met in the little village were so incredibly hospitable and sweet. We're definitely coming back and recommending all our friends to stay here!

We are in Italy for a total of 9 weeks. And those two weeks were so wonderful and relaxing. The house as well as the whole property is just amazing. It is quiet, private and you can just have a nice time. The beds are an absolute dream. We slept so well there. Caspar is a super good host and is always immediately available. We've got the offer from a Private chef, masseuse, and a yoga teacher. Everyone came to us "home". ABSOLUTELY recommended. We ate so well at sunset and drank the in-house wine by the way. The house has everything you need and you can feel the effort and passion that Caspar invests everywhere. I highly recommend anyone to go there. The view alone is almost impossible to describe. We will definitely come back. Thank you for everything, dear Caspar!

Cleanliness, availability, hospitality and friendliness are the values that distinguish Simona and her apartment; in fact, she was readily available to support us, both by phone and in person, with our requests. Apartment strategically located near the beautiful "Città del Tufo": Sorano, Sovano and Pitigliano (about 10/15 minutes) and the Cascate del Mulino. I recommend it! The typical products sold in the nearby grocery store are also excellent.

Our family of four (with two teenagers) had a wonderful stay. We had plenty of space and slept comfortably. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the design is one of a kind. Mario was a thoughtful, responsive host. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. If you are visiting Sorano, I highly recommend Mario’s place!

New apartment just renovated, spaces perfect for 2 or 4 people. Equipped with every comfort and more for stay and preparation of dishes. There are various dishes, iron, top coffee maker, cutlery, etc. There are also two TVs with Netflix subscription included. We had a really great time, even with the host available by message, even late in the evening. We didn't miss anything in the preparation of our dishes. Clean and complete bathroom with everything, cottonfiock, diskettes, shampoo, conditioner and body soap, washing machine, phone, etc. If we're in the area, we'll definitely book again. Highly recommended!

Mario’s apartment was very stylish and spotlessly clean. He came out to greet us as we drove up and his son, Matteo, helped translate on the telephone as our Italian is non existent. Everything was explained very clearly and Mario helped carry our quite heavy suitcase into the apartment. There was milk, tea, coffee and wine left as a welcome gift which was very much appreciated. The kitchen was very well equipped and there are cafes, bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. You can’t park right next to the apartment but there was always adequate free parking 50 metres away. We had a great time 😀

Located in the historic center near the Etruscan museum, parking, various shops and the sea. Very clean room, well maintained, very well-equipped kitchen. Max is a kind host and very helpful for anything you might need. We had a great time. I definitely recommend this place.
