The Britton Marshes just 10 mn South, beaches of the Bay of Bourgneuf 15 mn, you'll discover the harbour of Pornic with its ria or the outstanding Noirmoutier Is, in the SW after the crossing of semi submerged "passage du Gois".

Possibility to come with horses, several paddocks, meadows, boxes and arena (60/20) with obstacles. Direct access to Lac de La Vouraie 35 minutes from Puy du Fou 45 minutes from the Vendée beaches Recreation center 10 minutes away Numerous hiking, cycling and equestrian trails and circuits.

Accommodation in a peaceful setting, ideally located because PUY DU FOU is a 20-minute walk away via footpaths, and close to the village of Epesses. Maximum capacity of 6 people thanks to its two bedrooms with double bed and the sofa bed in the living room. Beautiful outdoor space. Private parking next to the accommodation. Bed linen and towels not provided but rental possible at 10 euros per person (1 pair of sheets + 1 large and small towel). Pets not allowed.

Close to major highways (A83 and 2x2) and halfway between the Vendée beaches and Puy du Fou, its ideal location will allow you to access many activities quickly. The "Le Coteau de la Vouraie" gîte is an old farmhouse of 150 m², renovated with exposed stones and beams.
