Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Monserrato

I was greeted when I arrived and my heavy case was taken up the stairs for me. I stayed for 2 weeks. Beautiful accommodation, extremely clean and gorgeously appointed. Very comfortable. It’s very well positioned in the centre and only 10 minutes from my language school. It’s close to great bars and restaurants but very quiet. Highly recommend! And I need to mention that I am very fussy! Brilliant!

Wir waren 5 Tage in Simones Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Es war genau das was wir uns gewünscht haben. Unterdessen gibt es neue Böden und eine zusätzliche Holzterrasse die auf den Fotos noch nicht zu sehen sind. Lasst euch überraschen. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech und es war z.T. recht kalt. Zum Glück konnte man mit den Klimageräten heizen ;) auch haben wir den Kamin genutz und es im Wohnzimmer Kuschlig warm zu haben. Trotz des Regens kann man dank der überdachten Terrasse draussen sitzen und die Ruhe geniessen. Ich fand es echt toll:) Simone war ein sehr netter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Er ist immer erreichbar und gab und viele Tipps. Leider hatte aber nicht jedes Restaurant offen. Trotzdem kann man in Pula gut Essen. Ich habe ihn gefagt wo man Flamignos gut sehen kann und wir hatten Glück mit seinem Tipp es war wunderbar. Su Gideu Beach, das müsst ihr sehen. wenn ihr Glück habt sind Flamignos dort. a beautiful unique home! Sinnai is a great home base 30 min outside the city to see lots of southern beaches. Lisa is a great host! She was always available when we needed her and made us feel very welcome. Her passion for art and the Sardinian culture is felt throughout the house. Would definitely recommend!

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

From check in to check out Silvia was an incredible host! She was so helpful and kind and gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do in the area and places to dine at. Our stay was perfect - we were close to the beach and other walkable activities, the house was impeccably clean, relaxing, and spacious. We are so thankful to have stayed here, it was exactly what we were looking for at the end of our trip - a place to relax and feel right at home while we soaked up the sun and took in the beautiful surroundings! I highly recommend staying at Silvia's place! If we are lucky enough to return to Sardinia in the future, we hope we are able to stay here again! Grazie mille, Silvia! :)

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus von Vittoria und Vanessa verbracht und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich :) Es war sehr nett, dass Vanessa und Vittoria es möglich gemacht haben, dass wir, nach der langen Anfahrt, früher ins Haus konnten . Lieben Dank nochmal dafür :) Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll hergerichtet :) und es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind wunderbar. Wir haben es genossen, fernab vom Trubel die Abende auf der Terrasse zu verbringen. Durch die die Bäume und die Pflanzen im Garten herrscht ein angenehmes Klima am Haus. Der Ort ist perfekt für Ausflüge :) man kommt mit dem Auto gut an die schönsten Strände! Wir können das Haus von Vittoria und Vanessa jedem empfehlen!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful villa. The setting among ancient olive trees was absolutely charming, and we loved the tranquility of the countryside while still being so close to the town and nearby supermarket. The apartment was just as described and the barbecue and outdoor shower were great extras that made the stay feel even more special. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Marina was a wonderful host and we would absolutely love to come back!

Un séjour parfait dans un écrin paradisiaque, un petit bout de la Sardaigne rien que pour nous, des hôtes d'une gentillesse incomparable, d'une discrétion totale, toujours à l'écoute, un accueil merveilleux, pleins de petites attentions gourmandes, un lieu exceptionnel pour pouvoir explorer le Sud de cette belle île, un séjour que nous n'oublierons jamais. What a beautiful apartment, such a great location and so easy to walk to all of the different areas. A stunning view from the balcony with amazing sunsets, a gorgeous bathroom and kitchen with a comfortable bed and lounge. If you go to Sardinia you must book here!! Wonderful hosts who greeted us warmly and responded quickly to any questions. 5 stars from us-thank you Lucio and Silvia! Grazie x

Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben und hat eine wunderbare Aussicht. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind neben dem Appartement , genauso wie die Busverbindung einen innerhalb von 30 min nach Cagliari bringt . Wir hatten mit Elena und Marco wundervolle Gastgeber. Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Luca sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und ein sehr schönes Panorama. Luca bereitet jeden Tag sehr liebevoll leckeres Frühstück zu und hat zudem auch noch zahlreiche Tipps für die Umgebung. Einfach alles top.

Nowoczesny, bardzo ładny apartament z przestronnym tarasem ze wspaniałym widokiem. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, czysta łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Jedno z najlepszych miejsc w jakich się zatrzymaliśmy. Absolutnie polecam.

Petit appartement dans le centre historique de Cagliari dans une rue typique, avec beaucoup de super restaurants à deux pas, dont la pizzeria familiale Cerere dans la rue parallèle, incroyable et pas chère que nous recommandons vivement.

Our group absolutely loved our stay at Enrico's apartment. We cannot say enough great things about how kind, helpful, and proactive they were in ensuring our stay was wonderful. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The surrounding area was walkable with cafes, restaurants and key sites located nearby. Even with that said it provided a quiet oasis being just off some of the main streets and piazzas. They even provided separate towels, chairs, and an umbrella for our beach visits. Everything was absolutely perfect and I cannot say enough to recommend this apartment.

We had a great stay over here. Rita is a great host and very flexible. We only have one recommendation about the airconditioning; in hot periods it would be nice to have one in each room or at least a fan. Furthermore, everything was great!

Very spacious, extremely comfortable spaces. Easy living in penthouse with wrap around verandah, all sides. Great location, close to old town, Belvedere lookout, marina, etc… nice and easy. Fantastic hosts 🙏, kitchen with everything you need; I highly recommend! Cheers

Een zeer mooi appartement te betreden via een binnenplaats. Heel smaakvol ingericht, alsof je in een palazzo zit. De locatie is goed te bereiken en binnen 20 minuten kun je in Cagliari komen. Dorp zelf heeft genoeg winkels en restaurants. Echt een fijne plek om de omgeving te verkennen.

Sehr schöne kleine, gepflegte Wohnung. Mit toller Dachterrasse erreichbar über das Stiegenhaus. Modernes Badezimmer, guter allgemeine Ausstattung. Sehr gute Lage für Unternehmungen, schnell in der Stadt. Leider etwas viel Verkehr vor dem Appartment. Unsere Ansprechperson war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und war dauerhaft über den Chat erreichbar. Kann das Appartment für flexible Personen die auf Sardinien eine tolle Lage benötigen nur empfehlen!

L’appartamento di Alberto è dotato di tutto il necessario, in posizione molto comoda. Recentemente ristrutturato, a nostro avviso tra i migliori appartamenti di cui ci siamo serviti in questi anni. Inoltre, Alberto è estremamente disponibile, ci ha fatto sentire veramente a casa nostra. Per ogni necessità, risponde subito. Sicuramente lo consigliamo e se torneremo a Cagliari, torneremo da Alberto.

Wir waren vier Tage bei Anto&Gio zu Gast und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und bekamen Empfehlungen für Ausflugsziele, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch sonst waren die Gastgeber immer erreichbar für uns. Frisches Obst, Wasser, Wein, Bier und Eiswürfel standen für uns bereit. Die Wohnung ist sauber, groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sogar mit Blumen aus dem eigenen Garten wurde dekoriert. Die Terrasse mit dem Panoramablick ist sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts super schön. Wir hatten ein Auto (Privatparkplatz vorhanden) und Fahrräder dabei und konnten so die Umgebung erkunden. Vielen Dank für alles!

Jennifer hat immer sehr schnell auf Anfragen geantwortet. Die Unterkunft war ein Traum. Besonders hervorheben möchte das es sehr sauber war und es immer toll gerochen hat. Auf der Dachterasse lassen sich bestimmt schöne Abend verbringen wir hatten leider nicht die Zeit dazu. Jennifer ihrer Unterkünfte kann ich klar empfehlen.
