All the apartments have a living area with double bed and sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, bed clothes, towels and air-conditioning. The apartments are located in the historic centre of Cagliari, “Castello” ( castle ), where you can find all major attractions, the city's entertainment, museums, nightlife and shopping streets. Public transports link you easily from the apartments to the rest of the city. Buena Vista Apartments are close to the harbor, the railway station, they’re a few kilometers away from the airport and only 4 Km from Cagliari’s famous beach: Poetto.

The Pandemic taught me a new way of hosting by organising the apartment as ideal base to work remotely with High Speed Fiber Internet and desk, using cleaning products approved by the health and safety ministry, having aircon/ heating system deep-claeaned and certified by a specialised firm. PoliHouse 2 is an apartment with attention to detail in Monserrato near the university polyclinic. It consists of a renovated and cozy bedroom, a bathroom, a living room/kitchen equipped with every comfort, and a laundry area with a washing machine. The entire house is air-conditioned, and you will have Wi-Fi and TV at your disposal. Towels and cotton sheets are included in the stay. There is a private parking space (please note: the parking space is not suitable for large cars).
