The window on the Ladiri

The mini loft apartment is located in an ancient courtyard house made of "ladiri" (raw earth bricks) and allows you to enjoy a dedicated space in the equipped loggia. You can park your bikes or motorcycles in the internal courtyard. The bus to Cagliari/Policlinico stops just a few steps from the house. Poetto is 8 km away. This is a structure that includes 3 independent apartments overlooking a common loggia. I live in one of these with my family.

The Flower Garden

Il Giardino Fiorito is a loft on the outskirts of Cagliari in a typical Campidanese house, with a large central courtyard with trees and flowers. The loft was created from the old wine cellar with total renovation and remaking of the roofs with exposed wooden beams. Featuring a separate rustic kitchen with a roof, exposed wooden beams and niches carved into the wall rocks, guests can use the garden for dinner or breakfast.
