The house is located next to the Barolo wine-growing area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Nearby are great hiking and biking opportunities, wineries, restaurants and beautiful villages.

The house features three bedrooms, a living area with a comfortable sofa bed, and two bathrooms. In the private garden, you will find a hot tub (available as an extra service upon reservation), a BBQ.

On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the small private garden.
