Vacation rentals with lake access in Monferrato

paola and Silvio are very sweet ( older) people. Very helpful, don't speak English but with the translation function on your phone you go a long way. I would put a more spacious more comfortable sofa set instead of 2 dining room sets. Furthermore, a beautiful house with beautiful views. Certainly subject to repetition.

Alberto and his family were so welcoming and his apartment was perfect. Beautiful location, spotlessly clean and lovely views. The country lanes are perfect for walking/running with many villages nearby. Restaurant downstairs open at weekends.

If you want the Mulino experience, authentic location, genuine, kind, friendly host……look no further. We had a mind blowing weekend and we leave having made new friends. Touched by the kindness and generosity of Nicolas and a huge bonus in meeting Uncle Bruno who touched our hearts . We will be back x

Great BnB, well equipped with all the necessary spaces for a medium-short stay, it looks exactly as in the photos, convenient for parking and is in a very quiet location. Super helpful and friendly host. I'll be back for sure!

Monica was a nice and helpful host, she contacted us often to make sure everything was in line with expectations and that no help was needed. She provided tips on what to do in the area and tips on the premises. In the house, cleaning products, personal hygiene and breakfast products are available (also sufficient for the entire stay). The strong point is the parking space and the air conditioning system.

We vacationed here with our dog and we can warmly recommend it to everyone. The apartment is super big and spacious! The property is huge, the private section on the lake super quiet and ideal for playing and romping. Unfortunately, there were a lot of mosquitoes, so definitely think of Autan or the like.

Beautiful, lovingly restored and furnished apartment in the middle of the village. Quietly located, nice area, away from usual tourist routes. Nice and very quick-responding hosts. We will be happy to come back.

My family and I were absolutely delighted with Giulia’s apartment. The view from the bedrooms and balconies was stunningly beautiful, even more lovely than the photos. The apartment was spacious and well laid out. Giulia was very responsive, helpful and friendly and she gave us great recommendations on restaurants and things to do. I highly recommend this Airbnb. It was exactly what we were looking for.

We have book this apartment last minute before our stay. The apartment look exactly like the photos it was in good location with parking market and others very close. The apartment was very clean and it has everything we need for our stay. We have a very good time and if we visit Milano again in the future for sure we will stay again there

What a beautiful place! Clean, spacious, complete and a wonderful atmosphere, with direct acces to the garden. Because we stayed at the end of the season it was very quite at La Famulenta and that made it very special, also. Swimming in the fresh morning air with the viev on the vineyards of le Monferrato and the sun breaking through the clouds. Susannah is a great host. Valter's place is super organized, super clean and new. we used the pool in the complex, the accommodation offers comfort, reserved parking, deck chairs and tables in front of the property, lake view. Breakfast buffet included with homemade cakes in the hotel bar. A stone's throw from the lake, but even from the apartment you can enjoy a great view and the area is very private. clean pool and impeccable house. In the evening, we have a hot tub, I hope you relax. Fresh house, spacious and super clean. Ample space for 4. ability to cook.
