Really enjoyed our stay here. The location was convenient for what we needed. The house was spacious and squeaky clean. The bedrooms were comfortable and the place quiet. Manel and her parents are gracious hosts. Communication with Manel was friendly and proactive, nothing to fault. We would be delighted to book and stay here again.

The villa was more than what we expected! Personally , we were several members of the same family to stay there, so there were enough beds for each , huge rooms and rooms. The equipped kitchen is very large and beautiful . The pool and garden very well maintained and especially peaceful place where it's good to rest; Too bad we couldn't enjoy the pool this season!!! Hamdouch was very kind and helpful! Always attentive and available!!! We hope to repeat the experience as soon as possible because we had an extraordinary stay! Tunisians are exceptionally benevolent and kind!!!

The villa was amazing. The hosts are very welcoming: they took us to the airport, left some food at the villa, suggested restaurants... The villa was big, very clean, in a safe neighbourhood. I would definitely recommend this place. We are very happy to have chosen it!

It was a very nice stay again. Everything you need. You feel very comfortable right away. There is a café and restaurants in the surrounding area. You only have to cross the street to get to the sea. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional stay thanks to Marwa! We had our flight canceled at the last minute, and despite the unforeseen circumstances, Marwa was incredibly responsive and caring. We contacted her around 7 a.m. and at 8:30 a.m. everything was organized! At 9:30 a.m., we were already in the apartment. She even picked us up from the airport and offered us a short tour of Monastir before we settled in. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: brand new, super clean, very well equipped and pleasant to live in. And the cherry on top: after accidentally slamming the door and leaving the keys inside, Marwa arrived just 5 minutes after our call to help us, always with a smile! A huge thank you to her for her availability, kindness and hospitality. We recommend eyes a second thought!

The accommodation is very spacious, and has a good location. The host is very friendly and responsive. The shower room is impractical and the mattresses are slightly uncomfortable but the value for money is still excellent. Recommended.

The apartment is superb, furniture and decor neat. The amenities were modern. The apartment and the building are new. The pools are beautiful, there are maintenance staff who ensure the cleanliness of the premises. The water park has several slides for all ages. Walking distance to the beach. Finally, I highly recommend staying there. We had a pleasant time with our children, and the fact that there are two showers made it much easier for us.

This is the second year we rent from Mohamed, and no surprises, he is still as professional, helpful and caring.

Chokri is a caring and very responsive person. He shows great hospitality and is concerned that his tenants are in his home. The apartment is well located in a quiet environment close to the beaches of Salakta and Mahdia. The accommodation is very well arranged and the residence is very quiet and well-maintained. The small detail of the breakfast each morning brought discreetly by Chokri is much appreciated. We would recommend this host and will be no problem coming back. I’ll give Yacine’s place 5 stars for everything, kids enjoyed the pools and the water park, bedding very comfortable, private parking, quiet neighborhood and safe. We used the beach from the hotel next door and paid only 6 euros. We will definitely go back
