Villa vacation rentals in Monastir Governorate

Me and my family have stayed in the property for a couple of days. The house is big and spacious and everyone had his corner. Beautiful balcony and premises. Only thing is: the beach is not in the walking distance. We had no problem to reach it with a car! The host was very professional and friendly. Stefania was very responsive and asked about our convenience and stay frequently : ) would definitely recommend it!

We stayed 2 nights at Meher's with my in-laws and children, we had a pleasant time in the pool, the garden, the house is nice. We'll be back if we ever come back to the area.

Everything about this place is unique and beautiful, the house itself is an attraction of Monastir! Super walkable to local Marche and supermarkets and restaurants, inside old Medina. The house has everything you would need to cook or grill yourself and to hangout by the pool or the living room. We had to move the wifi from the living room to the bedroom to be able to access it since the walls are thick. We stayed here around Aid Ah Adha and saw some live action around sacrificing sheep, which is part of the local culture. The alley leading to the Airbnb had a bit of rougher character, with some litter and a more local, lived-in feel. It might not be for everyone, especially those expecting a more polished surrounding, but it felt authentic to the area. Sonia the care taker was great and attended to us almost every day.

We spent 1 week at Catherine's and the place is exactly as advertised. The interior is a little old-fashioned in its style but we didn't mind, we felt like we were on vacation in a family home. Everything is very spacious, the kitchen is well-equipped to cook small dishes "like at home". Special mention for the garden where we enjoyed having breakfast among the beautiful lemon trees. The location is on a quiet street but very convenient to have a bakery, grocery stores and greengrocers nearby and just a little further a dairy with very good cheese. The sea is just a 15-minute walk away with pretty spots to discover, wilder than closer to the center of Monastir. If you are looking for a quiet place to spend time living to the Tunisian rhythm, this is the right place, which is also very good value for money. Mehdi was there when we needed it.

Very convenient house just a few hundred meters from the beach. Nice residential area with guard. The house is well maintained with a nice garden. We ate all meals on the terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped. Surprisingly good for an Airbnb. It's clear that the host uses the place themselves and doesn't just rent it out. Maher is friendly and always available for questions. Nabil, who welcomed us and checked us out, is friendly, polite and accommodating. All in all a very good stay. We're most likely coming back here.

We found this house with great pleasure for the second year in a row. The house is very nice, very well-equipped, the welcome is warm, the location is perfect. This is the perfect place for a family stay in Monastir.

Bibi and Soufien were more than hosts, always available and considerate, we were welcomed like friends. They shared Tunisian culture with us, introduced the succulent local cuisine. In need of care, Bibi and her husband took care of us as if we were theirs. A stay we'll remember for a long time. We highly recommend it.

I only stayed for one day, but it was a truly lovely experience. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully set up – perfect for a short stay. What made it even more special was the host’s father. He’s a wonderful man, and we had such a warm and thoughtful conversation. It really made me feel welcome and at home, even just for one night. Highly recommended – I’d love to come back!
