House vacation rentals in Mogale City

Ewald wasn't there himself but he communicated well - I believe he was overseas the weekend we were there. The guy that showed us around was very kind and helpful. We arrived there when the sun had already set so we couldn't see the view but having coffee outside with such a beautiful view was a great start of the day! Before we left on the Sunday, some baboons greeted us from a distance! :D

This was our second stay at Maddy's place. Beautiful home, large bedrooms enough to accommodate my large family. Very clean. Great communication throughout and they accommodated our awkward check out time due to our flights out. Highly recommend!

A lovely, large and well equipped house with garden and pool within walking distance of Parkhurst restaurants and shops. A great place to stay if visiting Joburg - felt very comfortable. Hannah was very professional and friendly and we felt very at home.

Dusty and May were amazing hosts. They welcomed us and quickly responded to any questions and requests we had. Their home is beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. Next time we will be sure to request a longer stay with them. Thanks guys!

We had a fantastic stay at this Lembah Kali over the weekend! Maureen and Henri gave us a warm welcome, which made us feel right at home from the start. It was such a pleasure meeting Jen—she shared some of the history of the place, which made the experience even more special. Jen was incredibly helpful and just wonderful all around. The property had everything we needed—well-stocked and thoughtfully set up—so all we had to bring were our personal items and food. The atmosphere was amazing, peaceful, and welcoming, and the place itself is just beautiful. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for getaway. Gorgeous stay at Christo’s place. Star was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make our visit easy and straightforward - thanks so much star! The apartment is beautiful, well-stocked with whatever you might need and very safe. The neighbourhood is lively and Christo’s recommendations were great.

I had a lovely stay at Lauren's home. As other reviewers have noted, it is such a peaceful, warm place in the middle of the city, with easy uber/car access to everything that you need (I rarely waited more than 2-3 minutes for an uber). The garden area is so peaceful, the home is very well equipped, and Lauren is very responsive and helpful.

Victor’s place was amazing! Private and had everything that was needed. The staff were friendly and assisted us with everything. The place is very clean and beautiful! I highly recommend his place to anyone.

We had an absolute dream stay at Vee's beautiful home. The hot tub was a definite highlight - made our stay even more special. Vee was a pleasure to work with - super responsive, and accommodating. We had an absolutely wonderful 5-day stay at this Airbnb — truly one of the best we’ve experienced. The house has been beautifully remodeled, with all-new, high-quality furnishings and appliances that are not only functional but also thoughtfully chosen and stylish. The house was equipped with everything we could possibly need — from the kitchen to the bedrooms — without feeling cluttered. The attention to detail really stood out, and everything felt fresh, clean, and inviting. The host is friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommended — we would absolutely stay here again!

Linda was very helpfull with accomodating us and our dogs. She checked in daily to ensure we were fine and made sure we were as comfortable as possible. Can definitly recommend them for a relaxing family stay.

We had a lovely time at Sigrid's place. We did struggle a bit to find it (in the dark), and we were warned about arriving after dark, but still felt that there were some key turns where signage could've been helpful. Apart from that, it is a great place to stay, spacious, neat, clean, and private, in a beautiful natural setting. The fireplace outside is also great. We will go back whenever there is another opportunity.

Our stay at Yana’s beautiful 3-bedroom Airbnb was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable — even better than the photos. She even kindly had fresh flowers for our stay put in. The living areas were spacious and perfect for relaxing together after a day of exploring. Yana has thought of everything — from a fully stocked kitchen to small, thoughtful touches like fresh coffee, cozy blankets, and local recommendations. The WiFi was strong, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The location was fantastic as well — quiet, safe, and conveniently close to everything we needed, from restaurants and cafes to parks and shopping. Rosebank is only 4 mins away by car. Above all, Yana was an outstanding host — responsive, friendly, and genuinely caring about our experience. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, and her attention to detail really showed. Hope to see you again soon and all the best. Ozzie

The place was really lovely; very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It’s a comfortable two-bedroom home located in a quiet, gated area, which felt very safe and peaceful throughout my stay. The hosts were kind, easy to communicate with, and genuinely welcoming. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing and secure stay in Roodepoort.

I had an excellent stay at this apartment in Sandton. It was exactly what I needed for my business trip. Comfortable, well-equipped, and in a superb location. The apartment came with everything: quality utensils, cookware, fresh filtered water, clean towels, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. What truly made the stay stand out was Rebecca and her team. They were incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring comfort throughout. Their hospitality made a real difference in all honesty. The location is a short and convenient walk to Sandton city mall, which has everything you’d need including a Woolworths for groceries. While the area has some typical city energy during the day, it didn’t affect my experience at all, as I was mostly using the apartment in the evenings and mornings. For anyone traveling to Sandton for business or a short-term stay, I can absolutely recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay, no complaints. Anita and her husband were very responsive. We had a barbecue and us ladies couldn’t figure out how to turn on the BBQ stand and Anita’s husband arrived within 5mins to help us out! There was a moment of load shedding and he showed up immediately to turn on the solar before we eben called. The responsiveness made it feel so safe. We felt safe during the entirety of our stay at all hours which we appreciate as we were visiting from Australia so we were super worried before arriving. The house was pristine. The kitchen utensils were thoughtfully selected. Using everything felt so comfortable. We felt right at home and so so so hope that this Airbnb will be available next time we’re back because we will definitely book again! Thank you so much Anita and husband

My family and I had a wonderful time at Karen’s house. It was a wonderful place to stay at and reconnect with our family. There were enough rooms and a lot of sitting areas indoors and outdoors to accommodate a large family. Also Karen was a very helpful and accommodating host. When we needed anything she was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Michael is very committed, friendly, extremely helpful and easily accessible! The house offers a lot of space for a large group, free space to enjoy and relax. The garden and the braai area invite you to linger for hours. The furnishings throughout the house leave nothing to be desired, everything is in impeccable condition, the rooms are very spacious, it just has a lot of space! The kitchen is very spacious and has all the appliances needed for cooking, baking, sizzling! The house has a lady who takes care of the rooms, the cleanliness and the care of the house twice a week, more on request. She is a very warm and kind person, always happy to help. The gardeners are very committed, keep the beautiful garden very clean and very well maintained. In short: a little paradise. For us as golfers all the more because the house allows the view of the Parkview GC…always exciting to watch how other golfers interpret the game for themselves.

Home away from home is the only way to describe this place. Beautifully decor designed inside and outside. Great location, easy to get to places around Johannesburg. The house is clean and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Patrick is an amazing host. Communication was great, always so attentive. Very friendly and welcoming. The highlight for our stay was the braai area. Such a nice hangout place to have as a feature. Looks exactly as described. Definitely booking again in the near future.
