This unit is better as a family unit, bedrooms are linked with limited privacy between them. 4 ladies, visiting as friends have found this setup very acceptable. 2 couples, not so much It features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and fridge and a dining area and living room. Private fenced garden with outdoor seating.

The Homestead is the original main house of the fabulous Steynshoop Valley Lodge, with 5 double bedrooms (all en-suite). It is the private luxury lodge of the owner of Steynshoop, with antique furnishings and luxury items. It has wonderful views, through large sliding windows, over the pool and dams and down the valley, and of the mountain range. There is a thatched gazebo, with a large table and chairs next to the pool. There is a tennis court, full sized billiard room, volleyball, etc.
