Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Modena

Alfredo's apartment was exactly as described. Alfredo was a great host, he responded immediately to questions and communicated proactively. The location was great, about 10 minutes to Old Town. We would stay at Alfredo's again if we come to Bologna.

We stayed 6 nights at Ivan’s place and it was perfect! Ivan was always very quick to respond to any questions we had. There is plenty of room, great air conditioning, a washer and dryer. There is absolutely no neighborhood noise unless you choose to open the windows. You are right in the heart of restaurants, bars and shops near Piazza Maggiore. We loved our stay here and would definitely choose it again the next time we are in Bologna!

Absolutely beautiful apartment , not far from anything . The place was spotlessly clean and had everything you could want for a short stay . Great transport links for the station . A very short distance to walk to the centre of Bologna with its May bars and restaurants . Allessandra as a host is very responsive and friendly . Thank you for a great stay .

Great apartment, super central and lovely interiors. Walkable to everything and in the thick of it but felt very secure and quiet at night. Sara&Gabriele were very responsive and let us leave our luggage early and late as we were only there one night - also gave local recos. Thank you!

Great place to stay in’s very good location. It’s quiet and dark at night which is great for sleep. It’s super close to everything you need. Very comfortable and safe place to spend some time. Highly recommend.

Easy to find! Near by the train station. I had a bit of a hiccup with my medication while traveling the co-host made sure I was covered. I really enjoyed my stay, and would highly recommend to anyone else who may have doubts or want to book! 11/10 would stay again :)

Very friendly and helpful host. Very nice house, as in the photos. Cozy and warm, perfect for a weekend or as a base during the week. Tactical location and very easy to reach.

This house was amazing, we brought our 3 dogs along and had the best time. An extremely private garden and pool with lots of games. She provided all bbq equipment, portable speaker, TVs loads of towels everything you’d need. Dorella was a fantastic host and it’s a really lovely comfortable home. The pool is the big selling point and it didn’t disappoint

We had a really good time during the 3 days spent here. Everyone was super helpful and kind. The place is wonderful, relaxing, perfect for escaping the city. The very nice apartment, equipped with everything you need, was only missing body soap, shampoo and hand soap, but nothing terrible that could make us negatively re-evaluate the beautiful idea we had of this beautiful place. We will be back with great pleasure ❤️

Antonio was a great host. He was prompt answering any questions we had. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and minimal. A great location for wandering Modena and many great shops and restaurants in the area.

Had a lovely stay. The house is large and there is a good useable outdoor space. Great place to explore the region but you do need a car as resturants and supermarkets are not in easy walking distance. There are a lot of steps to the upstairs bedroom which have 2 single large beds but it is large with a lovely big window. The down stairs bedroom is lovely and large. The kitchen area has everything you need. The shower took a bit of time to get used too but perfectly usable. Michela was very welcoming and helpful.

Marco and Pia are amazing hosts! Their home is very well done and very comfortable! We had everything we needed! Walking distance to the train, which was convenient for us!!

Really lovely place that made us feel right at home. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The area was quiet and a stone's throw from Piazza Maggiore, very walkable. The host was very responsive to messages and kindly let us store our luggage before and after check out. Highly recommend!

Waking up in the morning in complete relaxation, away from the daily chaos, immersed in nature was an indescribable experience!The accommodation is comfortable and equipped with all comforts! Antonella and her husband are exceptional, friendly, caring people with a great sense of hospitality! Antonella delighted us every morning with her breakfast, all homemade! What can I say... Bellissimo appartamente!! This was such a wonderful place—modern, airy, spectacular! Wonderful layout with two lovely terraces. There were 4 of us in the group and we felt like we had a ton of space, beds were so comfy, great water pressure, plus washing machine! Walkable to the best parts of Bologna. Mattia was a wonderful host, very receptive and patient with us. We adored this place and highly highly recommend.

Very nice, spacious apartment, very well equipped and well located for city explorations. Best ice cream shop in town just minutes away. And the highlight is the balcony where you can enjoy a coffee in the sun in the morning.

I cannot say enough great things about Damiana and her lovely home! She could not have been more responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Her place was a perfect home base for our Bologna vacation - great location with lots of locale flair and close enough to all the great touristic sites you’ll want to visit in Bologna. Would definitely book again!

Lovely accommodation very close to the centre of Bologna, yet quiet in the evenings. Apartment was clean and spacious with all the facilities required for a week’s stay. Silvia was very helpful.
