The apartment is 100 square meters, 1 bedroom, a large kitchen-living room with open living room and an idyllic 15 square meter terrace. In 15 minutes you are at Lake Klopein, the warmest swimming lake in Austria. In 20 minutes at Lake Wörthersee, landmark Klagenfurt.

The old walls and the beautiful wooden components have been lovingly restored. In order to preserve the historical character, we used natural building materials. The vaulted ceilings and the romantic wooden stairs are special. The low doors as well as the uneven walls and floors give the apartment its special charm.

My brother-in-law and I are deeply relaxed after the week with Michael and Ute from the incredibly beautiful and quiet alpine pastures and returned to "civilization" full of good impressions. The two are wonderful, generous and open-hearted people to talk to about God and the world. My favorite place was on a large meadow just above the house, from where you can look far into the country and watch the sunset. If you want to stay for several days, it is certainly good to bring enough food, because to the next Billa it is less than half an hour by car. Cooking is done on a wood-fired stove, but there is also a camping gas stove for morning coffee :-)

I have booked the apartment for my parents. They were absolutely thrilled about Irmgard‘s place. Everything was just as described, clean and very easy to find. Irmgard was a responsive host, with proactive communication and flexible check-in times. The city centre of Klagenfurt can be reached by car in 10min. Next time when we are in Klagenfurt, this is our place to stay. I can only recommend it! :)

Wonderful cottage with an amazing lake view! We had a very nice weekend at 6th in Kathrin's cottage and enjoyed every minute. Kathrin is a magical host & always on hand with info and tips. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the garden/porch invites you to breakfast, dinner outdoors overlooking Lake Völkermarktersee. The natural pool (5 min from the cottage) is nicely maintained and was the ideal place to spend a cozy Saturday by the water. We definitely like to come back to enjoy the peace, nature, the lake and Kathrin's magical cottage.

The owner, Werner, was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay special. He even gave us fresh fish for free and ensured that we had everything we needed, including plenty of firewood. The location was perfect, and the villa was a cozy, peaceful retreat. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing getaway with top-notch service!"
