Our cozy apartment is in a quiet, central location in the national park community of Mittersill (5-minute walk from the center). The apartment includes 2 bedrooms/bathroom with shower, toilet ensuite and 1 bathroom with shower and a separate toilet, kitchen with dining table and a living room with TV. There is also a large balcony overlooking Mittersill Castle and the mountains. Two free parking spaces on the property are available as well as a lockable storage room for bike, skis & co.

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

In summer you will find numerous opportunities to hike, climb or mountain bike and then you can refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.
