Our house is located directly on the edge of the forest in idyllic tranquility, but is super connected. The bike path and the cross-country ski trail are right at the property. "Smaragdbahn" Wildkogel is within 5 minutes' reach. The studio is located in the lower part of the house with a separate entrance and directly connected carport. Your skis or bicycles also fit in there. We have furnished our lovingly furnished mini apartment mainly for our family visit and rent the periods in between.

Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

Our small, cozy one-room hut can accommodate 3 people, shared hours and evenings. With the wood-burning stove it gets cozy and warm. A large corner bench with table, bunk bed, and dresser are also in the cabin. Barbecue right next to the cabin, water right at the cabin at the fountain trough, electricity is available. The outhouse is a couple of meters from the cabin, an outdoor solar bag shower is available.

Enjoy unique views of the beautiful mountains all around from your own balcony. Here the mind and soul can really relax. For ski enthusiasts only 7 km in the well-known ski area Kitzbühler Alpen (Panoramic tap) In summer our house offers many starting options for hiking and mountain biking. Our apartment has a terrace , we appreciate your visit.

Schmiedl Vacation Rental

Our house is right next to the Mittersill National Park Center and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. 5 minutes' walk to the city center and right at the ski bus stop. It is a good starting point for excursions, hikes and mountain tours. For cyclists, we are right on the Tauern Cycling Path.

Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has a living room with comfortable sofa bed, well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and bathroom and toilet extra. The entire apartment is surrounded by a balcony, so you have sun from morning to evening if you want it.

The house is near the Gaisberg lift in a sunny location. There are only about 5 minutes walk to the village center. The ski bus stops right outside the front entrance (about 50 steps) and from the Maierl downhill you can ski right up to the house.
