NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Quiet apartment with conservatory on beautiful Lake Thiersee. Distance to lake 2 min. A walk around the lake takes about half an hour (2 km). There is a large playground 500 meters away. Supermarket and pizzeria 1 km away. Many small hikes to difficult day trips are possible from the house. Best starting point for a mountain bike tour on the Pendling (local mountain). Mountaineers will be just as happy here as families with small children.

The stay was fantastic all around! Check-in was super uncomplicated and flexible – just as you would like. We felt totally comfortable as soon as we arrived. Everything was very clean, modern and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The place was really cozy, and as a welcome greeting there was even chocolate – a very nice gesture! The highlight was definitely the wellness area with a great sauna and a refreshing cold pool – perfect for relaxing. Overall, a truly exceptional stay. We felt totally comfortable and would love to come back anytime. Thank you for the great time!

The week at Claudia's place was incredibly beautiful! Me and my dog felt right at home! The dog run is a dream and the area anyway. Everything was exactly as described, everything superbly equipped and very clean. Claudia was always available and gave me great tips. We will definitely be back!

We visited our family nearby and were delighted with the beautiful location , the nearby swimming lake and the very friendly and easy interaction with Jan, our landlord, who also welcomed our dog into his apartment. We found it wonderful that we did NOT land in front of the TV for a week in the evening (because there is no one there) . A very relaxing and relaxing stay, thank you.

The house is beautifully located, a little outside but within walking distance there is the mountain inn Hummelei where you can eat super well. Many hiking trails pass by the house. Oberaudorf is a few minutes' drive by car. The apartment is nicely decorated and sparkling clean, 2 rooms even have their own bathroom with shower in the room. The other 2 rooms share a large bathroom with shower and washing machine. We felt very comfortable. We highly recommend the large apartment in Schweinsteiger Hof. Thanks to the nice hosts who always responded to our messages right away.

We had a super nice stay at Sebastian's apartment. The apartment was super clean and felt right at home. The kitchen is well equipped above average, which we really enjoyed. You have to drive to the nearest shop, but then it is only 10 minutes away. The bed is quite soft, which was very cozy for me personally. Laundry detergent and shampoo are also provided. All in all it is a really great place to stay that I will be happy to visit again!☺

For our studies, we had to go to Kufstein for a week to participate in the Fachhochschule. With all the luck came out at this cottage, 5 min away from the school and 10 min to the shopping center. Extremely nice cottage where we were able to stay, eventually with 7 students. Very sweet host who we could communicate with quickly. Barbara, thank you so much for this nice stay. We are extremely grateful and would love to come back!
