For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

You can hike or cycle from the farm. Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar holiday region, but the Bavarian Forest National Park or the cities of Straubing, Regensburg, Passau are also not far away.

The balcony, facing south, invites you to relax and enjoy the sunlight. Every detail was chosen with a lot of love and care. Here, guests can enjoy the tranquility on the outskirts of the city and at the same time take advantage of the proximity to the city.

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.

Quietly located, it is fabulous for relaxation, but is also the perfect starting point for hiking, Nordic walking and mountain bike tours. A beautiful terrace with sunbathing lawn allows you to end your eventful day with a glass of wine in a romantic atmosphere.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
