The newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment with fantastic, unobstructed mountain views of Alpspitze and the Zugspitze massif offers plenty of space for a relaxing vacation in the mountains on 60 square meters and is the perfect place for couples, a small family or friends up to 4 people. The apartment is ideally located for many activities in summer and winter and is within walking distance in approx. 12 minutes from the center of Garmisch. The cable cars can be reached in just a few minutes.

The 1-bedroom apartment was fully renovated in 2025. Centrally located - only 5 minutes from the train station - you are in untouched nature in a few minutes. The apartment has a terrace, garden and an underground parking space. Children are welcome and up to 6 years we do not charge any extra costs. Please simply note this in the text when making the request. The visitor's tax is between €2.20 and max. €3.00 per adult depending on the season and with the guest card there are some discounts.
