Located within walking distance of our beautiful waterfront, theatres and downtown core. A guest suite with private entrance, keyless entry, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, parking, laundry and three shared patios/outdoor spaces to enjoy! Although there is no living room, there is an intimate seating arrangement beside the fireplace to enjoy with a book, coffee or drink. The City of Stratford has implemented a Municipal Accommodation Tax of 4%, which I have had to add to the nightly room fee.

Walking distance to Tim Horton's, RBC bank, variety stores, pizza pick up, town swimming pool, cannabis store and liquor & beer . Only 20 minutes London or Woodstock . It's important to note that our quaint unit does have a saniflo toilet and pumping system(ie. maceration system) which means there is noise associated with flushing and drainage. Now Open! The bunkie has a great view of the sunrise. It's a quiet rural area (please note it is a GRAVEL road). Good for couples, solo adventurers, hunters, someone looking to be outside of town. The bunkie is located approx. 30 feet behind our home. We have 2 large dogs on site (live in the house). For allergenic reasons and safety of other animals, we do not allow pets. May not be suitable for those with mobility issues (small hill & stairs). The bunkie has heat and A/C!

Our beautiful yellow cottage has trees on four sides for added privacy, parking for two cars. Fire pit in the yard for evening campfires.
