With a list of some our favorite places to visit and restaurants to try... you'll be ready to go. The apartment is all yours! Private entrance! Private deck! Happy to help if you need it and will leave detailed instructions and San Francisco tips in the flat. Noe Valley is a sunny and fun neighborhood with great coffee, restaurants, bakeries, parks, bars and convenient transportation. Enjoy hilltop views, SF Victorians, local farmers' market and friendly people. Whole Foods & Philz Coffee make it ideal. We have lots of transportation options and you definitely don't need a car when you stay with us. At our corner is the 48 bus which goes to the beach and Potrero Hill and connects to the train which goes downtown. Also, there is the 35 bus which is a 5 minute walk and goes to Market Street where you can get the Metro to downtown. We also have the J Church (light rail) which is about about a 10 minute walk and goes downtown. Here is the link to Muni, so you can see the routes...and if you prefer a car service, Uber / Lyft arrives in a minute.

Garden Home in Sunny Noe Valley Near The Castro

[We follow the most-stringent cleaning and sanitizing protocols. We are an 8-minute walk to a park with a scenic view of SF and a 10-15-minute walk to several city parks.] Watch hummingbirds from the comfort of the zero-gravity chairs in the leafy backyard, and pick lemons for drinks later. Parquet flooring, a decorative fireplace, and the home's original blueprints framed above the sofa make the living room equally welcoming. If you like to cook while traveling, you'll enjoy our newly renovated kitchen with professional appliances. The bathroom has an over-sized tub and a separate shower. As of 7 Dec 2019, the master and the second bedroom contain new queen-sized beds. (There is no longer a sleeper couch in the second bedroom.) Outdoors, although SF is famous for fog, Noe Valley is one of our sunniest neighborhoods; chances are good that you'll be able to lounge in our enclosed yard most of the year. The entire floor (six rooms; private entrance) is yours. We'll be available to offer help if needed. Have breakfast in the nearby neighborhood cafe before walking 10 to 15 minutes to reach galleries, boutiques, and a cinema. Nightlife and restaurants are also close. Explore further via the public transportation hubs in Noe Valley and The Castro. Very easy access to public transportation. Bus stops at our corner. Five minute ride or 10-15 minute walk to transportation hubs. One dedicated street parking space.

You’ll love my place because of the good location, convenience to public transport, the friendly neighborhood, the ambiance.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Although there is just one bedroom, the couch folds down for extra sleeping space. Please be aware that the property is in a hilly area and that there are stairs to navigate which can be challenging if you have large luggage or mobility issues.
