Large, light filled, quiet, private 2 bedroom apartment/guest suite with split bathroom (toilet and sink in one room, soaking tub/shower and sink in other), kitchenette, and ceilings up to 16'. We have been working on this space for the last 2 years to get the details just right, including hand built furniture and art by local artists. Above the din of the Mission, this apartment is a unique space built in the attic of a large Edwardian house run by artists Laurel Roth Hope and Andy Diaz Hope .

SO CLOSE to SO MUCH...ice cream, coffee, food, cocktails, murals, markets, music, etc. You’ll love my place because its location is in heart of the Mission. The in-law unit is cozy, comfortable, and stylish. The garden is lovely! It's great for couples, mini-sized families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is a very walkable neighborhood. Wake up to the soothing green view from this recently remodeled (mid-2023) studio nestled on a sleepy block in Bernal Heights. A peaceful backyard with a Buddha sculpture and a modernist inspired courtyard sit alongside the bedroom, brand new kitchenette and bathroom. Free street parking (parallel) is available on my block and surrounding streets, not restricted, and typically easily available. Note that the in-law studio shares a common front door and foyer with the main house upstairs.

Ingrid greeted us - even at 11pm - to walk through check in and give us recommendations for the neighborhood. The space was clean and large! I was spending the weekend with a friend and there was plenty of space for both of us. The Mission is a cute neighborhood. Just know it’s far from the Bay-adjacent sites like Fisherman’s Wharf and Ghirardelli Square. We were going to a WNBA game so the location worked well for us. Overall, great stay!

Great location with diverse places to eat and drink. Walking distance to Bart and next to the express way which made traveling easy. The actual Airbnb was very spacious with big windows that brightened up the room.
