Soggiorno impeccabile. Pulizia della casa e spazi corrispondenti alle descrizioni e foto. Reattività dell’host davvero rapida. Indicazioni perfette. Consigli ben accetti (la pasticceria sotto casa davvero eccezionale, anche per una colazione salata). Mi dispiace solo non aver conosciuto personalmente Giacomo e Michela. Consiglierò questo appartamento ad amici e tornerò sicuramente. È raro “sentirsi a casa”.

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni a Cattolica e abbiamo avuto la fortuna di soggiornare presso Cristina. Appartamento molto bello comodo e pulitissimo, dotato di tutti i confort e delle gentilezze che Cristina e suo marito ci hanno fatto trovare. Una coppia molto simpatica, gentile e disponibile pur discreta e mai invadente. Speriamo di tornare al più presto!!!

We had a wonderful five-night stay at Alvaro’s place. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, just a short walk from the beach. Alvaro was flexible with check-in and always quick to respond. I highly recommend him as a host!

We had a fantastic stay in Riccione. It’s a beautiful town with friendly people, great shopping and fantastic Italian food (as always!) The apartment had everything we needed and felt like a home-from-home. It’s a great location for walking to the beach or into the town for evenings at the local bars and restaurants. Leda is a wonderful host, very helpful, sharing local knowledge and helping us secure a transfer back to the airport. We can’t wait to visit again!

Em um momento que eu precisava muito encontrei o apartamento de Roberto, e foi maravilhoso para os dias em que eu precisava descansar. Roberto tambem é uma pessoa maravilhosa, gentil, me ajudou de muitas formas e sou muito grata. O apartamento é impecavel e ainda mais lindo do que parece nas fotos, extremamente limpo, confortavel, iluminado, com uma energia maravilhosa. Eu estou viajando a dois anos e ja fiquei em inumeros airbnbs pelo mundo e esse definitivamente foi o melhor que eu ja fiquei. Recomendo a todos!

Een geweldig verblijf gehad in Il Granchio Blue van Roberta! Ontzettend fijn contact, duidelijke instructies voor aankomst en een heel warm en welkom gevoel. De bedden liggen heerlijk, het is ruim en het uitzicht is fantastisch. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij komen zeker terug!! ☺️🇮🇹

Appartamento nuovo, pulitissimo, in un bel condominio, a due passi da tutto ma sito in una zona tranquilla. Il posto auto riservato è sicuramente un plus. Considerando la qualità dei servizi ci si può muovere senza auto. Enrico e sua madre sono gentilissimi e comunicativi. Torneremo sicuramente.

Die Kommunikation mit Eleonora war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Ab Ankunft war Stefano unser Ansprechpartner, sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns das Apartment gezeigt, alle Besonderheiten erkärt, mit allem geholfen und war schnell ansprechbar, wenn es Probleme gab. Freitagnachmittag Ankunft, Internet/WiFi geht nicht. Zwar hat die Reparatur bis Montag, unserem Abreisetag, gedauert, aber Stefano hat sich darum gekümmert, trotz Wochenende. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, einen persönlichen Kontakt zu haben. Das Apartment ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Klare Architektur, angenehme Farben, gute Ausstattung, gemütlich. Eigentlich ist es ganz nah zum Meer, aber es ist alles sehr zugebaut, Hotellerie und Gastronomie eroberten wohl in den letzten Jahren die Plätze. Mit Hund war leider kein Zugang zum Strand in der nahen Umgebung möglich, darum Autofahrt nach Pesaro und Fano. Danke an Stefano und Eleonora und alles Gute !

Paola e suo figlio sono stati molto gentili, l'appartamento è nel cuore del cento storico di Rimini, molto comodo sia per raggiungere la stazione che per andare al mare. L'appartamento era pulito e bel fornito, non mancava nulla. Ottimo soggiorno

C'è poco da dire, è stato tutto perfetto. L'appartamento è davvero bello, pulito e con tutto il necessario, ciliegina sulla torta la jacuzi sul terrazzo! Accoglienza da 10 e lode con tanto di torta fatta in casa per le colazioni successive, una coccola molto apprezzata! Sono state anche fornite molte informazioni su luoghi da visitare e ristoranti da provare. Complimenti a Jacopo e alla sua famiglia per l'impegno e l'amore con cui accolgono i loro ospiti.

Great place to stay and minutes of walking from the beach and from the restaurants. The flat had a little balcony, where we could fit two chairs and gaze at sunsets with a glass of wine. The bed wasn't the best, but it was OK. Also blinds helps you to get all the sleep you need as it is pitch black when closed. The host provided coffee pods for the machine and we couldn't find the matching ones in the supermarket.

Posizione molto buona: a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, 3 minuti dalla piazza centrale, 1 minuto dal porto canale e a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Our stay at Leonardo’s place was absolutely unforgettable! First of all, Leonardo was an exceptional host—by far the best we’ve ever had on Airbnb. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. As a thoughtful gesture, he greeted us with homemade cake on our first day and even shared fresh zucchini from his garden—such a warm and personal touch! The home itself exceeded our expectations; it was even more beautiful than the photos. Every detail was perfect—from the cozy rooms and stunning views to the relaxing pool and the magical fireflies that lit up the night. The entire setting was peaceful, private, and had a wonderfully romantic atmosphere. We truly enjoyed every moment and would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a special getaway. Thank you, Leonardo, for making our stay so memorable!

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

It was a real pleasure of staying at this wonderful and authentic place! The warm welcome we received made us feel right at home, and the Italian coziness of the space, created by Aldo and his wife, added a special charm that made the stay even more memorable. The accommodation itself was spotless and well-maintained, reflecting a high level of care and attention to detail. We were really happy with our 4 week stay in Sansepolcro with Eleonora and Giulio. We felt incredibly welcomed and enjoyed the space with our 4 month old baby. There were many recommendations provided and our home away from home was a great location for day trips to neighbouring places like Anghiari, Arezzo, Citta di Castello, Badia Teldalda, Siena, Florence, Pisa, Gubbio and Perugia. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and very accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable with the baby and his first time away. We stayed from mid-March to mid-April and the weather was cool but the heating worked well and was not much of an agreed upon, additional cost per usage. We were able to go for a few walks, enjoy picnics on the lawn and enjoy the greenery. I would recommend staying here.
