Vacation rentals with beach access in Misano Adriatico

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

Ich kann Jacopos Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt gibt es in der Umgebung tolle Restaurants, einen Supermarkt und eine ruhige Umgebung. Jacopo hat uns wunderbare Tipps und Hinweise gegeben und war jederzeit erreichbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und eignet sich auch, wenn man selbst kochen möchte. Der einzige Kritikpunkt wären die Betten für mich, die Matratzen sind leider sehr hart und wir haben nicht gut geschlafen. Ansonsten haben wir uns hier wie zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Unser erster Urlaub mit unserer Tochter (10 Monate). Die Wohnung war perfekt dafür - mit Babybett und Hochstuhl, nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Meer und Restaurants entfernt. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Anreise und konnten ganz unkompliziert eine Nacht umbuchen, vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Wir kommen gerne wieder, bis bald! 😊

Marina e il marito sono persone squisite, in grado di farti sentire a casa dal primo minuto. Molto disponibili, offrono un alloggio molto comodo (pochi minuti a piedi da mare e centro), funzionale e perfetto anche per una famiglia come noi con bimbi piccoli.

Stefania is a wonderful host. She had the a/c already running to cool the apartment before our arrival since we arrived later in the evening. Stefania gave us a beautiful rundown of her village and surrounding areas and even offered to make us a reservation at a restaurant up the hill (we did take her up on that. It was a great sea view restaurant with good food!) The apartment had everything we could have needed for our long weekend stay. I cannot recommend this area enough. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Most definitely a peaceful getaway. We have zero complaints and would book again in the future if ever in the area again.

il nostro soggiorno alla Spralla è stato perfetto. L'appartamento è estremamente accogliente, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutte le facilities necessarie. L'invidiabile posizione a due passi dal mare rende inoltre naturale la sensazione di immergersi da subito nel mood vacanziero. Simona poi è una host davvero unica, simpatica e presente; da brava local ti fornirà le dritte giuste per vivere al meglio l'esperienza. Last but not least, il comodo posto auto permette di dimenticarsi (se sì vuole) della vettura e di potersi godere una piacevole giornata al mare (consiglio spassionatamente il Bagno Giorgio 62 sempre in zona). Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo alloggio a due passi dal mare! La posizione è perfetta: comodissima sia per la spiaggia che per fare una passeggiata in centro. L’appartamento corrisponde esattamente alle foto: curato nei dettagli, in ordine e soprattutto pulitissimo. Era fornito di tutto il necessario per vivere comodamente fin dal primo momento. Un ringraziamento speciale all’host, sempre disponibile e pronto a rispondere con gentilezza e tempestività a ogni mia richiesta. Assolutamente consigliato!

We had an absolutely exceptional experience staying at Stefano’s place. He was an outstanding host—warm, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable. Stefano had an endless list of recommendations for just about everything you could imagine, with a knack for fantastic restaurants and unique places to eat. We followed nearly all of his suggestions! From the moment we arrived, Stefano kept in touch to make sure we were having the best time possible, and it truly made a difference. What would we do without Maki!! The apartment itself was exactly as described—100% accurate—and even better in person. Both of the main bedrooms lead to a lovely balcony that catch the morning sun. There’s a convenient bike rental shop nearby, and cycling is definitely the way to explore the area. We loved riding along the cycle path that runs up the northern coast—it was one of the highlights of our trip. If you're looking for a truly exceptional host in an amazing appartment - Stefano’s place is the one.

Un beau séjour en famille, appartement très sympathique avec deux terrasses qui assurent l’ombre en tout moment du jour, cuisine entièrement équipée, café, condiments et même un cadeau de bienvenue dans les placards. Pareils soins pour le bien-être du voyageur dans la salle de bain dotée avec force savon, shampoo, serviettes, tout impeccablement neuf et brillant de propreté. Le Barbecue neuf, mis à disposition dans la cour arrière, invite a prendre les repas a l’ombre des oliviers tandis que sur la terrasse devant l’on peut s’asseoir pour prendre le café en guettant le passage d’un train dans la gare tout près. Et pourquoi pas? On peut prendre un bain a la lumière des étoiles, la plage commune est a quelques pas, on s’y sent libre et joyeux comme au temps de l’enfance.

Casa curata e carina corrispondente alla descrizione. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e oltre. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Nei dintorni sono presenti ottimi ristoranti e la casa è a pochi passi dal mare. La zona è tranquilla. Unica pecca: la scala esterna per raggiungere il piano superiore, ma questo non ha impedito di goderci il soggiorno Davvero consigliata

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

Wir (Ehepaar und drei Hunde) haben in dem kleinen Paradies von Lorenzo & Monica in jeder Beziehung ein tolles Ferienerlebnis gehabt. Das Haus: mit viel Liebe, Sorgfalt und Stolz gepflegt, bietet Platz innen und im Garten sowie Privatsphäre. Die Lage: auf dem kleinen Hügel genug weit weg vom Trubel der Touristen unten an der Promenade, aber nah genug beim Meer (300m, kleine Strasse den Hang hinunter), umgeben von viel Grün und Natur. Die Gastgeber: flexibel, höflich und kommunikativ (Lorenzo, mit ihm wurde die Buchung vereinbart) sowie charmant, hilfsbereit und Gastgeberin aus Passion (Monica, die nebenan mit ihrer Familie wohnt). Vielleicht ist es besser, wenn wir jetzt mit dem Lob stoppen, weil wir gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen wollen - und nicht möchten, dass es keinen Platz mehr gibt...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

Wir haben bei Serafina in Senigallia eine große Parterrewohnung gemietet, in einem Haus, das auf einem Hügel steht. Der Hügel reicht bis in die Stadt hinein. Aus dem Garten des Hauses sieht man die in 3 km entfernte Adria. Wenn man das Haus in die Gegenrichtung verlässt, kommt man direkt in die schöne Hügellandschaft der Marken. Da kann man kleine Wanderungen machen. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Dies ist Serafina und ihrem Ehemann Francesco, ihrer Herzlichkeit und ihrer Gastfreundschaft zu verdanken. Wir kommen gerne nach Senigallia , weil Senigallia eine schöne, moderne, seinem geschichtlichen Erbe verbundene, dem Strandleben und der Kunst zugewandte Stadt ist.

Die Kommunikation mit Eleonora war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Ab Ankunft war Stefano unser Ansprechpartner, sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns das Apartment gezeigt, alle Besonderheiten erkärt, mit allem geholfen und war schnell ansprechbar, wenn es Probleme gab. Freitagnachmittag Ankunft, Internet/WiFi geht nicht. Zwar hat die Reparatur bis Montag, unserem Abreisetag, gedauert, aber Stefano hat sich darum gekümmert, trotz Wochenende. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, einen persönlichen Kontakt zu haben. Das Apartment ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Klare Architektur, angenehme Farben, gute Ausstattung, gemütlich. Eigentlich ist es ganz nah zum Meer, aber es ist alles sehr zugebaut, Hotellerie und Gastronomie eroberten wohl in den letzten Jahren die Plätze. Mit Hund war leider kein Zugang zum Strand in der nahen Umgebung möglich, darum Autofahrt nach Pesaro und Fano. Danke an Stefano und Eleonora und alles Gute !

appartamento molto confortevole e accogliente perfetto per due o più persone, super tattico vicino alla metro e due passi dal mare, non dovete nemmeno toccare l'auto per i spostamenti.

Muy buena disposición de Karlo, nos esperó en el punto para mostrarnos en lugar. Buenas recomendaciones para hacer y muy servicial. Está en el centro junto al malecón y la playa, a 10 metros de todo... Tiendas, restaurantes, iglesia, playa, supermercado, mercado... El departamento está muy bonito y bien arreglado.

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Thank you!

abbiamo soggiornato qui per una piccola vacanza di relax con la nostra cagnolina Kora, Francesco e Pamida si sono mostrati fin da subito molto gentili e amichevoli anche con la nostra cagnolina!! sempre pronti a rispondere ad ogni nostro bisogno durante il nostro soggiorno, anche nel darci indicazioni su posti da visitare e nel fornirci indicazioni su bar e ristoranti ottimi in zona. la casa era pulita, con un bel terrazzo grande, e attrezzata con ogni comfort!vicinissimo al mare e a tutte le strutture di cui avevamo bisogno! praticamente l' auto non l abbiamo mai usata! che dire... ci hanno fatto sentire a casa!! grazie!!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Man hat Meerblick vom Balkon. Mit Gino lief die Kommunikation sehr gut er war immer schnell zu erreichen
