You can walk to the best restaurants and bars. To reach the house there are about ten steps. The house is in a limited traffic zone in July only on the evening of the weekend and in August every day from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.

We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.
