A unique mid-terraced country cottage set in beautiful farmland. This bright, spacious and well-equipped cottage is dog-friendly and includes space for bikes. Enjoy the large, fully fenced garden - a peaceful, private spot perfect for relaxing in tranquil surroundings. The cosy living room features a wood-burning stove, enhancing the warm cottage atmosphere. Christmas decorations go up the first week of December but can be arranged earlier on request. Freshly renovated flat in Hawick with perfect location to explore Scottish Borders. Very spacious, bright and airy, but cosy at the same time. Fantastic views, log burner and traditional features. The accomodation is centraly located near to the Town Hall, very close to the High Street with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Book a minimun of 3 night to receive a basket of snacks. Book 7 night or more to receive a breakfast pack and a bowl of fresh fruits.

The studio flat is a cosy, fully equipped ground floor flat in the heart of the picturesque town of Melrose. Completely refurbished this year, it has been upgraded to a high standard ready for guests to enjoy. It has a bathroom with a standup shower, king size bed and an open plan seating area/kitchen. Equipped with Wifi, a wireless phone charger and a Smart TV, the flat is a perfect spot to enjoy Melrose even on a rainy day. We are also dog friendly, so enjoy the hills with your fur pals!

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Ancient Castle above the River Tweed

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.

The Thatched Cottage

This unique thatched cottage in the scenic village of Denholm has charm and character throughout, the perfect countryside escape (imagine "The Holiday" Christmas movie vibes). The village has everything you need; butchers, pub, Italian restaurant, cafe and a small shop. The surrounding countryside offers beautiful walking routes, cycling, golf & fishing. Then come home to cozy up infront of the stove with a board game or a movie.

Welcome to SHEP – your cosy shepherd’s hut on a vintage military lorry, nestled along an old railway line on our family farm in the Scottish Borders. Snuggle up by the wood-burning stove in winter or throw open the French doors for a summer BBQ. Ideal for couples, families or solo stays. Optional wood-fired hot tub – £50 per stay (please book in advance). Pre-light service can be requested but is not always available.

Plenty of parking, secluded walks from the door, peaceful, starry skies, views across the valley toward hills and river, secluded wild swimming a short stroll from your accommodation, and a log stove to relax in front of. Private entrance, lovely enclosed garden. Sorry no dogs except assistance dogs.
