Vacation rentals with breakfast in Minden Hills

We’ve stayed at many Air bnb’s and this was by far one of the best! From the warm welcome to the extra touches of toiletries, snacks, coffee (with cream!) and water, we felt right at home. Rachel messaged early to ensure we parked properly, and to let us know she would be available for anything. Tastefully decorated and so clean. We will definitely visit again, perhaps in the summer to use the beautiful back yard. Thanks for a wonderful experience, Rachel!

We msged Kartika when we were close and she met us in the driveway. Kartika was very friendly and helpful yet afforded us complete privacy (yet only a text away). The space is a shared apartment yet we only saw Kartika when we arrived. It is a very nice apartment. The guest bedroom is large,comfortable and as the entire space, attractively decorated. The ensuite is modern and well equipped. The attached deck is great!The home location is ideal; very close to shops, restaurants and the water yet very quiet. We would/will definitely stay again. Thank you Kartika. Your thoughtfulness made our visit to Huntsville very special.

Angie & Bill were great hosts. The place was very clean and comfortable and a great location in the downtown area where you could walk to restaurants. Breakfast was excellent and we would certainly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Gravenhurst.

INCREDIBLE PLACE !!! The best airbnb i've been to. Very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. They put out some coffee pods and cereals for us to use. They also left a home made booklet with information and recommendations about the town. I 100% RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE.

We had an amazing stay at Earla’s. She has a lovely home with beautiful gardens and great space to enjoy an evening overnight. She had awesome recommendations for the area and knew of events local that we checked out. We thought Earla went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, easy, and we would absolutely return! Really lovely place. Roomy and comfortable and quiet. The backyard - and the pool - are wonderful. Honestly one of the nicest airbnbs we've ever stayed at. Gerald was nice and helpful - kinda like having an onsite concierge!

My daughter and I had a great stay at Daniel’s beautiful historic home. It was walking distance to the show, many great restaurants and an amazing bakery. Daniel even provided us a lovely breakfast the next morning which was great surprise.

We had a lovely stay at Stu and Heather’s place. It was clean, the property is beautiful and the kitchen was so well stocked. We were in town for a show at Casino Rama and it was great to be off the beaten path but still close after a late night. Stu greeted us when we checked in and gave us a great recommendation for a local restaurant. We look forward to coming back should an opportunity arise.

Greeted right away with a quick tour . Everything neat and clean . Many lakes near by for activities. Complimentary breakfast was accommodated and a sweet gesture .

I stayed one night with my 4 adult children. Ademola arranged for enough parking, left very clear instructions on gaining access to the apartment and checked in on us to offer any info or if we had any issues. Nice place. it was a bit cool but Ademola adjusted the temperature for us and we were good. the hot tub was a nice feature as we owned one in the past so we reminisced while we enjoyed a nice jet after a long day in the car. Definitely would stay again if we need some space for the 5 of us!

The Teddy Bear B&B was a fantastic place to stay whilst visiting family in the area. Karin was so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was exactly as the photos looked made for a super comfy stay. The breakfast each morning was super, with beautiful variety of cold dishes and hot food made to order... couldn't ask for anything more! Thank you Karin for being such a wonderful host!

Tudor Pines was a lovely getaway for an evening. Kris was a great host and super helpful in recommending a delicious restaurant in Port Perry for our anniversary dinner. The welcome gift and surprise dessert were unexpected and appreciated surprises which show Kris’ attention to detail based on the booking conversations. The room was a perfect and so comfortable. Kris, thank you for the lovely and peaceful retreat for the evening. If/when we stay with you again, we will have to explore your beautiful property!

This place surpassed my expectations! Jackie‘s and Jim‘s genuine kindness and hospitality welcomed me in. Their breakfasts were absolutely delicious and beautiful. I enjoyed the hikes and serenity of this place. If it wasn’t too far away from where I live I would come back each year!

my husband and came up to Gooderham for a dirtbike race 3km from Patti's airbnb so it was perfect for a home base. a quaint and cozy rustic cottage it was everything we needed and bonus the hot tub for a soak between the two days race. Patti was exceptionally friendly and helpful with everything and even baked a pie and focaccia and allowed us to have some and it was amazing (made me race faster on Sunday I'm sure of it) ... the dock is a great place for watching the sunset ...quiet lake private water front .... loved the wood stove fire was nice and toasty for the cool evenings ... thank you Patti we hoped to be back next year !!!!

The most essential feeling when away from home is to be somewhere where it feels just like home. Jens quaint, welcoming, clean, homey space does just that, makes you feel relaxed without a hiccup that you are away from your own personal space. Jen is an amazing, down to earth host that welcomes you like you had known her for years. I couldn’t have been more impressed with her hospitality and the most amazing comfort and ease she puts you at. Why would anyone want to stay anywhere else? I know if I require future accommodations, without a second thought I will return to this wonderful home and the host that makes it so. Thank you Jen, I’ve appreciated you more than you know.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at this beautiful b'n'b! From booking to the last day, Stu and his partner were so lovely, quick to respond, provided tons of local recommendations and hospitality was amazing! Everything is true to the pictures and the place is STUNNING. The room was great with AC unit & ceiling fan, lovely common areas, & a beautiful deck & garden with views out over the lake. We used the kayaks, peddle boat and paddleboard, we didnt need the bikes. Lounged dock-side & basically chilled the entire weekend which coming from DT Toronto was what the soul needed. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty - eggs, peameal bacon, croissants, fruit & yoghurt, juices and Tea, Starbucks coffee pods. We used the food delivery service Stu told us about, and Uber is subsidized by the city. Super easy & cheap to get to without a car & we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood/beaches. Bring some wine, watch the sunset and sunrise, and play on the lake. Honestly, we will 100% be back!

Debbie and her partner were very welcoming. The stay is exactly like how the description mentions (if not more amenities). There was a lot we could do around the area. The room and the washroom were very clean and well maintained. The house has a private dock which was beautiful! A lot of options - canoeing, kayaking, bicycling, restaurants, and very beautiful views of nature. The breakfast provided was top notch. Both my husband and I loved all the food made with a lot of care! Debbie was very thoughtful with all the books and magazines placed in our bedroom so we could explore Dorset and Muskoka. We really didn’t have anything to complain about. I would highly recommend the visit to “The Moose”.

Kathy's home is simply magnificent and she was an amazing host. We loved the breathtaking views from pretty much everywhere on the property, borrowing the canoe for quiet paddles around the lake, sitting down at the beach enjoying the clear, calm water, and chatting with Kathy about the area and its wildlife. Kathy's breakfasts were incredible, the coffee strong and black (just how we like it!) and the accommodations were comfortable and well-equipped. Hoping to return to this magical place soon!
