The locals were involved in the construction, for example, the men cut down and transported the trees from the mountains, the women carried the soil by hand, and the gardeners created a garden centered on a large pond to make the doctor's stay comfortable. It was a loving place created by the whole village. Later, transportation was developed, and when its role was over, it was considered for dismantling, but the owner of Akari was called upon to renovate it into its current form.
