Great stay at Rachel and Sébastien's. The place is exactly as the pictures. It's very clean, very pretty, a sweet fragrance is present when you arrive and it's very nice. It feels like home. It has everything you need. Communication with Rachel was fluid and she is a very responsive and available host. She welcomed us: so smiling! We loved our stay in mimizan and the accommodation did a lot. We'll be happy to go back. Thanks again and see you soon. ☺️☺️

We had a great time in Mimizan. The house is ideal for one (this was our case) to two couples with children. Close to the beach. Close to shops. Everything is done on foot. I can only recommend this place:) Thank you again to Candide

Our stay at Delphine's went very well, the hospitality is impeccable. Delphine made sure that we had everything we needed by being easily reachable by phone. The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the beds are comfortable and the living room is perfectly suited to a group of 8 people. Highly recommend this sweet spot. If we go back to Mimizan we'll come back here!

Very nice house with all the comfort and nice decor. It feels like home. The welcome by the concierge is pleasant and simple. We loved the proximity to the beach and the Mimizan-plage center, the calm. We'll be there again.

A big thank you to our hostess for her flexibility. The place was spotless, clean and welcoming. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and the shaded wooden terrace is super nice. The place is very quiet.

Trip for 4 (thirty-something couple + young retirees): easy arrival, warm and friendly welcome by Caroline the concierge, who immediately put us at ease with beautiful recommendations. Mathieu, the owner, was also very welcoming by SMS, despite his absence on site, we feel that he really wants his guests to have a good time. Both were available throughout the stay. The house is superb, well-equipped, very clean and the "beachfront" decor is soothing. 😊 The pool, heated and covered (or not), was perfect for this period, a little cool some days and in the evening. The setting is quiet and relaxing in a subdivision composed mainly of secondary residences. Not far from Mimizan beach where there is everything you want: beach, restaurants, shops… Thank you for making this beautiful home available to guests! 🧳🏖️ We had a great time all 4 of us and we'll be back, that's for sure! 🤩 See you soon.

We enjoyed the time very much. The unique view of the sea is very nice. Very good restaurants are also just around the corner. The apartment is very suitable for a vacation for two.

We loved our time in the flat! The beach was close, we had a lot of space and everything felt very cozy! We would definitely book this flat again! :)

The instructions were clear. The accommodation was clean, tidy, and completely as described. We didn't see Jérémy, but he was very responsive and available. In addition, the accommodation is very close to the beach. There's a lot of commerce nearby. In short, our stay was pleasant. I would recommend Jérémy's place.

The apartment is simply stunning,as shown in the photos, and very spacious. Ingrid met us at check-in, providing us with details on the apartment, neighborhood and other recommendations throughout Bordeaux. We were able to leave the doors open to catch the cool breezes for several nights and closed the doors when the noise from the street became bothersome. The earplugs made the noisy nights peaceful. The location is easily walkable to all the sights to see in Bordeaux and is surrounded by any type of store or restaurant that you could want. We loved Bordeaux and would highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment is new and super clean, close to town centre and beach. The sunsets at beach are breathtaking. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

A cozy nest... very well located in the heart of Mimizan beach. 5-minute walk to the central beach. All shops, restaurants, and other stores nearby. the best for a relaxing time. I would recommend it and would come back.

A small peaceful haven, where you travel far beyond Biscarosse. What we liked most was its location, ideally located on the beach, and everything is within walking distance. We really enjoyed this stay in this lovely cocoon, so well decorated and perfectly arranged. Beautiful energies reign in this apartment, which we also found at Ninette's, who is a very beautiful person, very accommodating, who responds quickly to messages, and who left us beautiful recommendations on Biscarosse and its surroundings. We also very much appreciated the cleanliness of the accommodation, the fact that the beds were ready on arrival, and that everything necessary was made available (bath towels, shower gel, dishwasher and washing machine products, coffee, spices, etc.) which is very rare, but so much appreciated when you only stay a few days. Everything is done to make you feel good, and we thank Ninette for this stay which was very rejuvenating.

La Monnoye was amazing… the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in - exactly as described. Nathaniel met us on arrival, gave us an orientation to the apartment and the neighborhood/city. The apartment was so lovely. Decorated to perfection, yet not stuffy. It was very comfortable. The bed was good. The in-unit washer and dryer was awesome perk. They left ample supplies, coffee and everything we needed. The neighborhood felt safe, but is outside the most touristy areas of town. One evening there was a good bit of noise from outside, but it was not audible in the bedroom. It was an easy walk to everything we wanted to access. The tram is very close, although we never used it. Uber was able to access the apartment. Highly recommend Nathaniel and Patrice’s apartment.

Very well located apartment (on the beach and close to the city center by bike), well arranged and well equipped. We were able to enjoy the balcony which is nice (and perfectly oriented to enjoy the sunset). Parking space and bikes are very appreciable. Our host was very responsive and we were welcomed by his parents who were lovely and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

what a nice stay! Julien was very responsive, very present, while being discreet. very pleasant apartment, magnificent view of the Bassin d 'Arcachon. a few minutes walk from all amenities as well as the pier from where the boats leave for Cap Ferret/Île aux oiseaux etc... secure private parking, well appreciated. we loved everything about our stay! thank you Julien it was perfect :)

Apartment ideally located across from the sea and close to restaurants! Good bedding and great views, we highly recommend it! A little extra our host even found us a parking space despite a lot of people, thank you ☺️
