Classified two ears by the gîtes de France, the 35 m2 T2 consists of a small bedroom with its 160 bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, equipped kitchenette, double sofa, tv, air conditioning, dressing room, covered terrace 10m2, bike room 8m2, washing machine, BBQ. This contemporary interior construction is less than 10 minutes from the great lakes and shops, 15 minutes from the seaside resort of Biscarrosse beach, 45 minutes from Arcachon. The cottage is non-smoking, bedding and towels are provided as well as a breakfast tray with a krups coffee machine, "nespresso" type pods, infusion and tea, sugar, cupcakes, bottled water.

My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis.
