Everything is within walking distance (shops, restaurants, entertainment…). 2 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, covered terrace. Possibility to park the car inside the enclosed property. Pets may be allowed.

Very nice Landes holiday house T3 (81 m2) with a capacity of 4 people, well located, not overlooked, ideally located 200 m from the beaches and 200 m from amenities while being quiet. It consists of 2 well exposed shade/sun terraces, on the ground floor: equipped kitchen, large bedrooms, living room, bathroom, separate toilet and upstairs a small bedroom. Put down your suitcases and your car and do everything on foot or by bike. You won't be disappointed, you'll have a pleasant stay.

Access to the beach is through a small walkway at the edge of the forest, the surf school is right at the end. Behind the building, the bike path can take you to the lake or the village. A 5-minute walk away you will find the pedestrian street with its restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment and delicious ice cream. It's a bright, cozy and calm apartment. The bed will be made and towels will be available because don't forget, you're on vacation. The parking space is number 34.
