Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Mimizan

Our family enjoyed 3 weeks of exceptional vacation in Mimizan. Largely thanks to the house of Estelle and her husband. Great location! Everything is accessible in flip-flops in 5 minutes: the beaches, the city center, the market, the local shops, the restaurants, the E.LECLERC Center and the very good Les Ailes bakery at... 50 m. Perfect for hot bread in the morning😋. The large house offers: - a very comfortable living room for pleasant TV/reading/discussion evenings - a perfectly equipped kitchen to feed the whole family - air conditioning to ensure good nights during hot weather - a veranda, ideal for 4/6 people, for meals and snacks - a laundry room with independent washer and dryer - a very nice garden for aperitifs and naps after surfing Estelle is a host who greatly facilitates the stay thanks to her professionalism and responsiveness. The stay was perfect from start to finish. The house was spotless, very clean and perfectly equipped. Special mention for the bedding, worthy of a hotel: comfortable, clean, we slept very well! We had a great time at Nolwenn's cottage: faithful to the photos, the accommodation is in impeccable condition with nice decor, everything is available to feel good. The land is enclosed and not overlooked, perfect for hosting our dog. The accommodation is located in the forest… being in the jacuzzi with this view and the birdsong was the best!! 😍 Nolwenn is very friendly and welcoming, available at the slightest need. The beach is close to the accommodation (about 3 km) and is accessible to dogs. Many shops are nearby, full of beautiful walks in the forest and around lakes also await you. Recommended ++! ☀️

The house is perfect for a stay in Mimizan and to visit the beaches of the Landas. The drive to the beach area is comfortable and close. The house matches the photos in the listing and is very welcoming and comfortable for a family stay in summer. The yacuzzi in the garden is very useful and it is possible to park the vehicle within the private space of the house. The balcony space upstairs is very helpful and spacious. The property reached out to us throughout our stay and was extremely friendly both in welcoming us and in our march!

Great location close to the beach and under shady trees in a quiet neighborhood. The place is fully equipped, you can tell that Christelle and Benoit have a lot of experience there. It's also great that the breakfast for the first morning was already provided by Christelle and Benoit, so you can enjoy the holiday from the first minute.

A well explained self check-in, a home with elitist outdoor services, such as the spa with an incredible view of the tip of Cape Town.

Very nice house, quality service, in a green setting. Our hosts, Perrine and Julian were particularly welcoming and attentive during our stay so that we could spend time with our family with children. Very good organization of the house, with the possibility to customize your stay. We enjoyed the special touches like cannelés, tea, coffee and wine available upon arrival. All the necessary supplies to operate the BBQ and quality plancha. Very nice bedding. A stay that's worth more than five stars. We'll be happy to go back. I would highly recommend it.

If you want to explore the Bay of Arcachon, this is the perfect place! Anthony and Marie Pierre care about you feeling good and that's the case: the house is great, with a beautiful exterior, impeccable cleanliness and even a jacuzzi (as well as all the equipment you might need like a barbecue or a plancha) To top it all off, the hosts are lovely and full of good advice. Go there without so much as a second thought!

The house is perfect, the services are quality. Quiet while being close to amenities. A small oasis of peace.

Christophe has a very nice house situated at the edge of Camblanes-et-Meynac. A large and well maintained garden with enough shadow during the hot hours for (young) children to play. We stayed for 2 weeks as a family with two children (1 and 3 years old) and the house was perfect for us. We really enjoyed it and would love to visit again next year.

House was even nicer than the pictures and host was on top of everything from check-in to recommendations. Great neighborhood with easy walk to beach and short bike to everything in town and around the lake.

This is the most beautiful AirBnB we have ever stayed in. The house was immaculate, the pool was warm, the hot tub was clean and there were so many lovely touches on arrival, including a bottle of red and white wine and a little bunny rabbit for my little girl. The house itself is fully equipped with everything you can need, including a racelette machine, air fryer and a washer/tumble. The area is amazing, so close to Creon and Bordeaux, surrounded by the most beautiful vineyards- I can’t fault it! Arnaud was the perfect host, so friendly and responsive and helped us so much in the weeks leading up to our stay, contacting various golf courses and restaurants. He also facilitated our early check in at short notice - which was hugely appreciated. This place is an absolute must and we are already planning our trip back! Thank you so much Arnaud for an unforgettable holiday!

Jérôme and Elise are very welcoming, caring and responsive hosts. We had a great time, cut off from the world in the heart of Béarn. It's a great place to turn off phones and get back to the simple things. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. The aperitif board was a nice surprise for the end of our stay. We'll be happy to go back!

Our stay at Valérie's went very well! The cabin is warm and very well-equipped as for the outside, it is really nice with all the vegetation, the garden furniture and of course the jacuzzi! Close to restaurants and various shops. We would highly recommend it!

Very pleasant setting with beautiful views of the forest. The accommodation is small but well arranged for 2 adults and 2 children is fine! Just so you know, there is no condiment (salt, oil, sugar...) but supermarket not far away that helps well!
