Bright, homely flat overlooking Rothesay Bay !

The flat is situated across the road from the beach (about 30 secs walk) We are on the edge of the town, about 2 mins walk from the main supermarket and about 3 mins walk from the main shopping street of the town. There is free parking at the back of the building and free parking at the front too. We are situated about 7/8 minutes walk from the main ferry pier and you can watch the ferry coming in from the front windows. All in all it's a very warm, comfortable flat and we are very pet friendly.

This beautiful two bedroom flat has some of the best views, looking over to Arran, Cumbrae, Wee Cumbrae and over to Bute and Argyll. The property has one en-suite shower room and a very large spacious bathroom with overhead shower. Beach-front apartment, ideally located in the centre of Lamlash village, close to all local ameneties and opposite the village green. The accomodation is ideal for two people; there is an open plan living/kitchen area with a separate double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower. The flat is on the first floor, with fairly steep stairs, and has its own separate entrance. There is some limited headroom on one side of the bedroom due to the eaves. On site parking is available.

Gowanlea is situated on the waterfront in Kilchattan Bay, Isle of Bute with stunning sea views. The village of Kilchattan Bay is 15 minutes drive from the main town of Rothesay, a perfect Scottish Island rural getaway. This is a very quiet village which offers beautiful landscapes and scenery, alongside the abundance of wildlife and walks it has to offer. The village also has it's own small tearoom as you come in to the village and a bar/ restaurant 1/2 a mile away.

This apartment in tastefully decorated, situated in a residential area, walking distance to Kirn Victorian promenade and all local amenities.close by local activities include golfing, pony trekking,fishing ,hill climbing,and many more to explore. Since Covid 19 regulations I hire a local company to sanitise my apartment by fogging it kills 99,5% of all bacteria including Covid no harmful fumes or residue left. My priority is to protect my guests.
