Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The newly renovated and lovingly furnished house of approx. 115 m2 is located in the municipality of Mieders, a quiet place at the entrance of the Stubai Valley. From here, it's only 15 minutes to Innsbruck downtown. In a few minutes, however, there are also several ski resorts such as Serleslifte, Schlick 2000, Elferbahnen in Neustift, as well as the Stubai Glacier. The bus station is a 2 minute walk.

My grandparents built and operated this house as a small guesthouse. Where there were once separate guest rooms, there is now a newly renovated, light-flooded 100 sqm 3-room attic apartment with mountain views, in which I now live. However, since I am on the road a lot myself, I have decided to continue the tradition of the house and occasionally welcome guests. Maybe you soon?
