Recently renovated, our quiet independent cottage in a private property with shared pool (unheated, accessible early May depending on the weather), 5 minutes' drive from all amenities, will welcome you with pleasure. Located in the heart of the "BLACK PÉRIGORD" between Rocamadour, Périgueux, Brive-la-Gaillarde, 20 minutes from Sarlat, 5 minutes from the Lascaux caves and many other sites. On site, there are many marked pedestrian and bike trails.

Located halfway between Montauban, Moissac and Castelsarrasin, on the edge of the Tarn, this 38 m2 annex is totally independent of the house. Recently refurbished, it offers pleasant comfort for a family of 4. At your disposal, the swimming pool, the trampoline, the portico and the plancha. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.
