We stayed at Carpe Diem for a total of 10 days and felt very comfortable. The tennis court and also the pool are great, the view is a dream. The apartment itself includes everything you need. We would come again.

Really well-equipped duplex apartment for a family of 2 adults and 2 children, any more would be cramped. Close to all amenities, bread, grocery store, local products, pizzeria. We had a great time at David's apartment. It is conveniently located at the foot of the slopes (it is 100 m from the Le Baliu slope). If you want to go to the city center by car, there is a shuttle that passes right by. In addition, it is very well equipped with an oven and a large fridge/freezer, the bedding is very comfortable and there are plenty of duvets for those who are sensitive to the cold. The residence's pool and hammam are also very nice.

Great stay in Marisa's apartment. Perfect location at the entrance of the village, easy to access and park the vehicle. The service was very good, both with us and with the pet we were bringing, which has been at home. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back.

This is a beautiful if slightly quirky accommodation and we had a lovely stay there. The apartment is actually attached to the main house on the Cap Collioure estate, but it is still very private and has its own garden and sun lounge area. The property is approached up a very steep rough private drive, so you do need a decent/sturdy car to get out and about, if you are doing anything more than walking to the local attractions. Inside, the property is spacious and has everything that you might need, and the kitchen and bathroom are both well appointed. Our hosts (Francoise and Maurine at the agency) were super helpful and very responsive to our communication, not least in relation to coordinating our arrival and departure. All told, a fantastic base to experience a truly beautiful corner of France.

The accommodation is ideally located in the heart of Sarlat while being on a quiet little street. Air conditioning is appreciated in times of high summer heat and parking is a real plus. Above all, we appreciated Niyada's hospitality, responsiveness, and kindness!

Everything went well with Corinne. Smooth communication. The accommodation is close to the small center of Boulou, 25 min walk from the thermal baths and you can take walks without taking the car. The apartment is rather well-equipped.

The accommodation is as in the photos ,very clean ,well decorated , spacious ,well-equipped, well heated and functional. The place is quiet , parking in front and opposite. Easy access and well explained by the host. We'll be happy to go back.

Flexible check-in, 1 night stay. The concierge service is very responsive. The value for money is very good, the furniture and decor are outdated but at the price we pay we don't pay attention.

Very clean and very well-equipped rental. It feels like home... happiness as the advertisement promises because it's a very peaceful place to slow down and disconnect. The holiday village offers entertainment, a children's club as well as a heated pool and a second higher with a pool for little cabbage. You will have the goats in the wild in the village to get away from it all. Saint-Geniez-d'Olt is also very friendly, including the Paredous children's park backed by a pedestrian walk on the edge of the Lot, ideal for chilling and fishing. Thanks Mini!:-)
