A fun stay in NE Grand Rapids, this home is approximately 20 minutes to the many attractions of downtown Grand Rapids, Lowell, Greenville, and Rockford. It’s also just 40 to 45 mins to the shores of Lake Michigan via Muskegon, Holland, and Grand Haven. The residence offers a fun gathering space for up to five couples, a small friend group, or large family! It's a beautiful, private retreat if you're looking for peaceful solitude surrounded by nature, yet close to all the action.

My place is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Alpena. There are a variety of restaurants and bars all within 1/4 mile. Lake Huron is my front yard, with tennis and basketball courts available for public use. The Alpena bandshell is a hop and skip from my house; every Saturday there’s a concert in the summer. There are two public beaches within a mile. And you can see masts from sailboats out my front window as the boat harbor is my neighbor.
